Great for gums

I have always had gum issues, and after my braces I had gingivitis. After several years of not treating my gums properly, I ended up with periodontal disease. Every time I brush my teeth my sink look like a crime has been committed lol I went to the dentist because I ended up with an abscess and decided that I needed to get something done. The Dennis advised me that I needed a full mouth extraction after looking at my x-ray, I was blown away I went home thinking about the thought of getting dentures at 53 years old. My daughter who is 18 years old pediatric dentist assistant told me Mom you need to get this product called coconut pooling. After two days of rinsing my mouth with this product, my gums begin to heal my teeth, no longer bled. It was as if I had all new teeth again. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from gingivitis gum, disease and any other gum issues! Also, my teeth have NEVER BEEN whiter!

When I 1st tried this, the feeling of oil in my mouth made me gag slightly, but as I continued to use it I got used to the taste and texture. Its not sweet at all and has a hint of peppermint flavor. My jaws were initially tired after swishing around for 15-20 minutes, but now Im used to it. When I started using this product I was taking an antibiotic for an abscess. Within 3 days my abscess was gone! Im sure the antibiotics had a lot to do with it, but I believe oil pulling helped speed the healing process up tremendously. Ive now been oil pulling for 3 months and have received praise from my dentist for how plaque free and healthy my teeth and gums are. I like this brand better than using coconut oil and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to try oil pulling.

This stuff does heal your gums better than listerine. Taste is nasty but worth it

i’m not sure if healthier but definitely whiter

My mouth feels clean but it turns my tongue dark. It may just be me because coconut oil based deodorants do the same to my underarms. I still think you should try it

Been using it everyday for a couple weeks and don’t see much of a difference whitening wise but it’s still good for oil pulling

I have awful teeth and Ive been using this for over a year Andi can tell a difference
