So Ill definitely do another review on this but I wanted to say this. I recently had some gum issues especially on the bottom of my mouth. Im a heavy caffeine drinker. So I do alot of teeth whitening or damage to my teeth. So after using this today my gums do feel a minor bit better. The thick oil after using was hard to get use to. I had to brush more then use my ACT mouth wash which is probably not good. But it was like having cooking oil sitting in my mouth. Im going to keep using it twice a day and see what happens. Ill come back for an update

I started oil pulling with normal coconut oil I buy from Sams Club. I purchased this thinking the minty flavor might be nice along with it already being in a liquid form, it actually was not. It gagged me and was a little overwhelming to me between the texture and flavor. The product itself is good, just wasnt for me.

If you want healthier gums and cleaner teeth. This is the product to use. It doesn’t taste good but it worth it. I get a dental cleaning every 3 months. They had to always scrape the tartar build up. Even though I was doing everything that the dentist recommended. After I started using this product that changed.

This stuff is very nice, my teeth feel cleaner, smoother and it does change your breath . I’ve never done oil pulling before and I didn’t know I needed this til I tried it

Love this product so much! I used to use just plane coconut oil years ago but this product has really made it so much easier for me to get back into oil pulling. Its quick and convenient. The taste is not too overpowering for me but you can tell its there, its a subtle mint flavor. I like that it comes with the container to measure the solution and the tongue scraper to use afterwards. I have noticed a huge difference in my overall oral health with this product. My teeth are whiter, less sensitive and I notice my breath stays fresher for a longer period of time. Would definitely recommend for those looking to start oil pulling and a natural alternative.

Ive been using this product consistently for about 2 weeks with no perceived change (yet). I plan to finish the bottle and reassess. The oil is messy since water doesnt completely rinse out the little cup, youd have to use soap as well. The oil also gets the bottle a little messy as well. Not a huge fan of the flavor but I have managed for the past two weeks.

I’m glad this exists it just makes it so much easier to do oil pulling. I was initially putting spoonfuls of my own coconut oil into my mouth every morning, but it was solid and I’d have to wait for it to melt down in my mouth. The process just made me lazy. This bottle allows me to get right to it as soon as I wake up. I’m not a fan of the way the bottle gets greasy even though I’m literally using the spout with the tiny opening..what is the reason.. Anyway it’s much lighter, this concoction. I’m able to easily swish it around. Taste is subtle. Mouth feels so much cleaner after oil pulling, tongue scraping and brushing. I also use a home made clove mouthwash.

Since purchasing, I have seen improvement and teeth whitening. The taste is not so great but as long as you are consistent you should see results. Remember do not spit in the drains.
