I can not say enough good things about this. My dentist said I was getting gum disease and had a lot of inflammation (even with regular flossing). I found this and thought I would try, within 6 months of using a few times a week I was about to complete reverse any damage that was occurring and get a perfectly clear bill of health.

I actually like it . Just don’t like the texture of it but it definitely works . If you have texture issues I would suggest something else of using a little less of the product .

Took about 30 days to get use to, started only few minutes worked up to just watching videos as I oil pull, teeth sensitivity is gone, which I thought would never happen. I have caps, crowns, fillings and have no issues. Cant go back, this will always be part of my routine

So Ill definitely do another review on this but I wanted to say this. I recently had some gum issues especially on the bottom of my mouth. Im a heavy caffeine drinker. So I do alot of teeth whitening or damage to my teeth. So after using this today my gums do feel a minor bit better. The thick oil after using was hard to get use to. I had to brush more then use my ACT mouth wash which is probably not good. But it was like having cooking oil sitting in my mouth. Im going to keep using it twice a day and see what happens. Ill come back for an update

Easy to do. Still working my time up but I can feel the cleanliness in my mouth. Especially when I wake up in the am.

I like that its liquidy from the start. Ive always had a hard time with the solid coconut oil melting in my mouth. Also, the peppermint oil gives it a better flavor.

I noticed a difference after second time using.

I’ve used a product similar to this brand before & it’s worked in the past. I’ve had this for a week, the inflammation seems to have gone down and plaque is coming off more so than brushing alone. The tounge scraper is a bonus! Helps get rid of any built up way in the back. Embarrassing but my parents didn’t take me routinely to a dentist as a kid, so as an adult I’ve not gone really at all unless I had a toothache. Unfortunately have lost some teeth & some are broken so using this product has helped to keep the inflammation down & any major issues kept away.

Ive been using this for 2 months. It has helped with my gums and teeth whitening. Think this is the best purchase Ive made off Amazon so far.
