Packaging is very solid on this. Its a large bag that will last a long time, so the thickness of it is really appreciated, as is the sealable top. The puffer inside is pretty standard. It does its job. I dont LOVE using it, so if I dont need to I use a paintbrush to lightly dust some on. The puffer tends to distribute as much in the air as it does the surface, but thats pretty much guaranteed with any puffer. Thats how they work. The dust then settles into a nice thin layer. I havent found anything better *that continues to work well* in the constant battle to keep roaches out of my home. I have been told it works equally well on poison-resistant bedbugs and fleas., so thats good information to have in a back pocket too, just in case. All in all, I love the product and I always keep it on hand. Would definitely buy again, and will give 5 stars if they come up with a better puffer solution.

I got this to apply around my apartment, for precautionary measures. The duster is much bigger than anticipated. I used something else to help apply it where I wanted it. Best thing about it, its natural and effective. HOWEVER.............be very careful when applying this. I would suggest wearing a mask when applying it, not because of smell, but because in general, breathing this in could be very harmful. Also, wash your hands, after any contact with it. Again, for safety reasons, despite it being natural and safe. This large 4 lb. bag will last me quite some time, and for the price, Im pleased that I got it.

This should be everyones daily vitamin. It is excellent to drink with LOTS of water. Ive researched quite a bit about it - DE has helped so many people with so many health problems, aches and pains especially. I originally got it for my garden to rid it of water bugs, ants and spiders and it worked instantly and it comes with a spray bottle that puffs it into the air to spread it as a mist. You must wear a mask and protect your eyes. They are all gone. Instant results. It is made of the oldest life form on earth- ground into a flour like powder and it cuts their body and they dehydrate. This fine ground coral and shells also cleanse our system because it safely scrapes everything that has built up (which I believe cause all our health issues). For outdoor use- I also mix it with mint oil and water for mice. They are so resistant to every natural remedy. Then I started to read DEs health benifits and I started missing it with water and fresh lemon juice and I am on day six. It gives you energy and cleanses your entire system. Clears (heals)your skin, nails, and hair, fades aging spits and makes you look and feel younger. I no longer have back pain! This earth is a miracle ! It has saved people from surgeries and somehow activates our cells to heal. It is a negative ion that attracts all the junk built up in our bodies and actually cleanses your entire body. I couldnt find anything bad about it except make sure you get food grade earth not pool grade! pool grade is made differently for the pool and of course would be deadly. To inhale it causes irritation and not good. So wear a mask for spraying but once ithe DE most clears and settles it is safe to come into contact with it or so I read. Its the cloud of powder that isnt good to breath but spooning it into your drink isnt causing dust so its safe. Wear gloves when taking from the bag. It will irritate your hands. Safe for kids and pregnant women- I read this numeral times in my research and even read it helped a boy with behavioral issues. He just started to behave all on his own. His mother was amazed and didnt do anything differently. While it is detoxing your body you may feel sick, like a day of feeling sick to your stomach. I felt this quite a few days and this means the earth is cleansing in a needed area. I also had a few headaches. But nothing serious and you can cut back on the dose but it passes and then you just feel GOOD again more and more energy each day. I read it helps with weight loss because it cleanses the intestines and the fat cells so its easier to burn the fat because. Its no longer stored. I feel trimmer and lost 5 pounds in 6 days. I also didnt eat much a few of those days- I stuck to soup and fiber filled foods. Drink plenty of water. Start with half a teaspoon the first three days and then a teaspoon for a week and then you can add a second teaspoon. Whatever your body doesnt need it just passes through your system so you cant od on it- ha. Take it in the morning on an empty stomach. It makes you feel full and mix it with 12 oz of water and drink a full glass of water after. Lots of water throughout the day. I add some DE to my shampoo for dandruff and add some to my Sappho bamboo charcoal soap when I wash my face. That soap is awesome. Amazing difference! Add just a little to the cat food. The worms are gone. Much more effective than de-wormers, and much cheaper.

I thought it was great, the ziplock on the bag is not great, but the product itself is fantastic, just used it for my first 10 day cleanse, cant wait for my next round, I feel great!

Been battling a pantry moth infestation that got into my garden room through some bird seed I had stored. Its unreal how resourceful these little jerks are - they get all established before you even realize theres an issue. One day you ask, Why are there so many of these things and the answer soon becomes apparent that theyve moved in without asking. They got behind my window casements for heavens sake. I cant reach there to vaccuum them out. They also did get into one half of my food pantry and I had to toss some food they got into and vacuum that out as well, hard to do because they get into the shelf peg holes, even. Since they were living in areas I could not reach with my water vac attachments, I deployed this desiccant to their habitat instead. Hee hee. So this stuffs messy and I used the dispenser wrong at first but basically I just ineptly dusted this stuff in every area I saw them and let it sit. It has taken about five weeks or so but their population numbers finally just bottomed out and Im no longer seeing them in anywhere near the numbers I used to. We also spent weeks manually killing the flying ones we saw with an electrified racket (more satisfying than youd think) and I also deployed pantry moth traps that also seem to work well and are doing a good job helping me gauge the problem. You can win against them but it takes a sustained effort. You dont have to be perfect, this stuff WORKS. A spate of nice weather apparently spurred a bunch of them to hatch out earlier this month, we took care of that phalanx and since then have seen only a few sporadically which we also dispatched. Im super happy with this stuff, it clearly affects the moths, if they touch it they seem to have trouble flying as well. It doesnt work immediately and you have to address the issue with a multipronged approach. This is the big center prong. This is the stuff you want if youre battling pantry pests. Give yourself a leg up and use this, its natural, safe, and has no effect my pets. Wear goggles and a mask when youre applying it so you dont breathe any in. Once the air is clear and the stuff is on surfaces, youre good. It kills insects by drying them out. Kinda genius if you ask me! I dont think I will have to call an exterminator after all.
