This product could not be more useless. The app is not user friendly and you have to tell Alexa to play nice with it and then within a few hours it disconnects. The app stated the connection was too weak. It was well within range of my Wi-Fi. Would not recommend. I returned them. edit: after receiving a new one from the seller, it works great! this device sits outside in the snow and rain about 40 ft from my router and it has stayed connected. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars if possible only for the fact that I cannot control each plug separately like my other outdoor wifi plug.

It’s app is easygoing and works exactly as I thought, will most likely continue to purchase the same brand for other household uses.

Being able to remotely turn on lights without having to be home

Now I don’t have to use the remotes for each item. All I say is google turn on/off the Christmas lights!

I brought this to control two sump pumps for keeping water out of my backyard . It allows me to turn them on at any time without having to go outside or even being home.

IT works great. Not sure what else to say. Easy to setup, took just a minute, and voila.. it just works. Thats great. ty

Product arrived on time and package is as it appeared. I found it easy to install app and get it set up. Used it last weekend while out of town and it worked. I came home to plants that were happy. Definitely will purchase more.

Very easy to connect and it stays connected. The separate timers are awesome.

Nice 3 outlet device. and its waterproof thus can be used outdoor Before you plug it in download and install/run the HBN app per directions ( QR Code did not work for me) With the HBN plug each outlet can be controlled independently and use timed controlled scenes. It works with Google and Alexa, but can only control the entire device and NOT each individual outlet. It would have been a great option if can use Alexa or Google to control each outlet and not all 3 at once
