Greater than one weekYoure required to use a downloaded app to install and turn the plug off/on. However, the app youre instructed to use doesnt list this plug as an option during setup. I tried all the available options for wifi plugs (even though none of them looked close to this product) and none worked. Unable to get the plug to be recognized during setup. Sooo, I basically have a regular plug... Also, not sure of its description accuracy that it is outdoor and wet rated. I expected covers for the plug outlets and it doesnt have them.

> 3 dayThis device works well with the HBN or Smart Life App. But when you add the device to Alexa, it comes in with only one outlet/switch. So Alexa can control only 1 outlet. The other 2 outlets dont exist and are unusable with Alexa. I worked with technical support for a week and they were unable to find a way to get it working properly with Alexa.

> 3 dayThe device is very well made. I can turn the lights on and off at the unit. However I was unable to get it to connect to its own app let alone Alexa. I am not a newby and I spent over an hour trying to get it to connect even though I tried one foot from my router.. So I simply use it as an outdoor on off switch.
