I got it set up to work with Alexa. I’ve got it running night lights on my back porch and patio. A few times a night they will shut off for only a second and then turns right back on. A bit frustrating but at least they turn back on I guess. Wouldn’t get it if you need something super reliable

This WiFi outlet is perfect for outdoor or indoor use. Each outlet plug can be controlled together or independently. So many applications and the ability to create a schedule is the best!

I was not able to get this set up with the instructions included in the box. The page numbers were all off and half of the pages were missing.

IT works great. Not sure what else to say. Easy to setup, took just a minute, and voila.. it just works. Thats great. ty

Ive got a bunch of them and they all work great. Dawn to dusk, timer, notifications, what a great device for the money. Ive got them on my Christmas lights outside, my window candles inside and I even control my irrigation system with one of them. flawless. Takes a bit of learning to know how to schedule them but once you got it down, no problem.

I got it set up just fine in the HBN app, but Alexa couldn’t control outlet #1. It could control #2, #3 and all at one time, but not #1. I got a replacement from Amazon (very quickly) but that unit had the same problem. I wrote to the tech support email and got no answer. I submitted a request on their website and got a reply within 30 minutes, but following those instructions didn’t fix it. I’m planning to return the second unit and go with another brand. However, if you just want to use the HBN app to control this outlet, or don’t mind that one outlet can’t be controlled with Alexa, then maybe this is right for you.

Set up and app is OK. I own 4 other single wifi HBN plugs. This is my first outdoor 3 plug purchase. I wanted to control by voice each of the three plugs individually as HBN makes a word salad making you think you can. What they fail to say is that you can control individually each plug with the app. This is easy to do and it works great. But to control each plug individually and separately by voice (My fingers are wet, Im in the Hot tub and my 1st world problem is to turn on the outdoor mood lighting but not the other two plugs connected to the sound system or my pathway lights!!!)

I use this to turn on my Christmas lights. Each one of the 3 outlets can be scheduled to come on at different times. Took me a couple of minutes to figure out the programming for the app but once I stumbled through it, it’s actually pretty easy.

Outdoor string lights. I want my iPhone to be able to control the lights. Contacting the Mnf, TP (?) and having them take me steps by step thru the installation process, did not help. I actually bought this product thru NewEgg, and they have refunded my investment, to their credit. But I still need an outdoors waterproof Smart plug and dont know where to go. Ive tried 3 different plugs, iPhone cant add the device to their App. Called Apple, they said to call the mnf, I did, to no avail
