> 3 dayI switched to this plug because of the angled shape. It allows me to outlet in multiple devices without interference of the the plugs. The app works perfectly with my smartphone. I only wished that the plug on the outlet was 90 degrees. The one I replaced was 90 degrees. Otherwise it is perfect.

> 3 dayNice 3 outlet device. and its waterproof thus can be used outdoor Before you plug it in download and install/run the HBN app per directions ( QR Code did not work for me) With the HBN plug each outlet can be controlled independently and use timed controlled scenes. It works with Google and Alexa, but can only control the entire device and NOT each individual outlet. It would have been a great option if can use Alexa or Google to control each outlet and not all 3 at once

> 3 dayI’m using this and two other smart plugs. My only concern is that the instructions to set them up / connect to the wifi are not accurate. The SmartLife app is not exactly as described in the instructions and the pairing does not match either. It seems that the process and app had been updated since the printing of those instructions packed in the box that I received. The other complain is that you can schedule the day/time to turn on the plug, but you cannot schedule when to turn them off. Every day you have to reset the timer to turn it off. Not well designed or thought thru.

Greater than one weekI bought this because my short wife was having to use a ladder to plug and unplug our outside lights. Now its all controlled by her phone. And when she pulls up theres no getting out of her car into a dark driveway. She just opens the app and presses a button and our yard is lit up like Vegas. Installation was very easy. Ive started recommending this to everyone.
