> 24 hourTodd Howard would be proud of this one. Plug it in: get gigabit. Its that simple. OK, but it really is. Im using this as the LAN port on a pfSense box and testing it with as heavy a load as I can generate and its not even breaking a sweat. Its pure GbE speeds and no latency added so gaming wont take any penalties. For laughs I plugged this into my phone and put it into airplane mode. It showed up as WiFi calling was enabled. This and a cheaper one port mini PC bex would be a great way to move to a pfSense router, or to add an ethernet port to a WiFi only smart TV to improve stability if youre on (for the sake of example) something awful like a comcast router.

> 24 hourDisclaimer: I received this item at no-cost through Amazon Vine in exchange for an unbiased and fair review of the product listed. Im not one of those people who fear Wi-Fi, or worry about the gummint stealin muh internets, but I DO prefer a wired connection when I can go that route. I recently picked up a Switch, and since its right next to my.. uh... switch (of the network variety), I wanted to go with a hard wire connection. Henrety to the rescue! This 1k mbps dongle works a treat. I plugged it in, and it was almost immediately connected. I also noticed that the Switch automatically went to the wired profile, and the speeds are considerably faster. This is a great little item, and its small enough to fold up and put in my travel case. Ive also used it with my 2020 M1 MacBook Pro, and it worked perfectly there, too. All around a great little appliance. Pick yours up today!

> 24 hourThis is a super-simple product - just an ethernet adapter that plugs into a USB-C port. I tried it out on my 13 M1 MBP and it worked perfectly once I clicked the dialog to allow the accessory to connect. Speeds were just as good as my internet connection would allow. Quick and easy 5-star product (and its affordable)!

> 24 hourThere isnt anything particularly special about this little USB-to-LAN converter, which is perhaps what makes it special - its rare these days to find a device that you just plug in and it just works! Even more amazing, it works when attached to the PC through a separate USB hub. This is what I ended up doing, so I can plug my laptop into the hub with just one USB-C plug and have internet, mouse, keyboard, etc. all at once. I appreciate the fact that they included the little LED lights to show function/activity of the ethernet. Definitely recommended if you want to add ethernet to an existing PC (without opening it up) or to a laptop hub setup.

> 24 hourVery pleased with the USB-C to Ethernet adapter. The housing on both the USB-C and Ethernet sides are aluminum, and the overall unit feels well built. The cord is a braided cloth variety. I tested my ethernet speed and it came out to equal the built-in ethernet on my other computer. I have gigabit ethernet, and the speeds were close to the gigabit level on both upload and download. Thus far the adapter has remained cool to the touch, and I plan to use it as a permanent addition to one of my laptops that did not come with an Ethernet adapter.
