> 3 dayThis is a nice, attractive pot. It is heavy, works well with induction, and heats evenly. So far I have only used it to make burgers - the high walls help to contain spatter. It cleans up well, but I havent tried making eggs in it, and likely wont. It recommends seasoning, which is utter nonsense. The black coating is ceramic nonstick, and the silver bits are stainless steel. Neither of these materials take well to seasoning, as they are not porous surfaces. It is trendy online to recommend seasoning stainless, but at best it is a waste of time and oil. At worst, you can polymerize the oil, and destroy the finish of your pot. Update: I did wind up using this for eggs this morning. I fried up a slice of bacon and a sausage patty in it (to control spatter) and then cooked two beaten eggs mixed with 3 tbsp of salsa. I used the bacon grease from the slice of bacon to cook the eggs.My expectations were low based on other reviewers experience with eggs. I was pleasantly surprised that the eggs did not stick at all. Normally, I turn the burner off shortly before the eggs are done, put cheese on top, and then cover to let the cheese melt from the residual heat. I forgot to turn the burner off this morning, but still no sticking - and the cheese didnt stick either. I used an induction burner set to 400 watts, which is approximately medium-low.

> 3 dayThis is a really great stock pot. If this hadn’t been up for review, there’s no way I could’ve purchased a $200 pot. When it arrived, the packaging was impressive. The lid and the pot are individually wrapped in a dust bag. The interior of the pot is really beautiful. It has laser etching, which is supposed to provide a nonstick surface allowing you to cook while using less oil, grease and butter. This pot consist of 3 layers. Stainless steel, aluminum, then another layer of steel that is diamond etched. This provides a durable, even heated non stick, no scratch pot. This pot is safe to use up to 500°. What I like most is that it is scratch resistant. Most of the pots I buy, after a year or two, I have to throw away because they have been scratched during washing or with cooking utensils. This pot says that you can clean it by scorching or using steel wool pads. Honestly, I can’t imagine taking steel wool to a $200 pot. If it’s truly nonstick, why would you need to use steel wool? Main important thing is to properly season before your first initial cooking. It’s simple to do. Bring your pot to a medium-low heat. Use 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Leave it on the heat for 2 to 3 minutes and that’s it. HexClad offers a lifetime warranty.

> 3 dayI will preface this review by sayin that I have cooked with Le Creuset cookware my entire life. over 50 years. And I love it dearly. So, imagine my surprise when I got this pot and fell in love with it. I did everything they said. I hand washed it, seasoned it, let it heat for a while. Then I made a huge pot of Jambalaya. Shrimp, sausage, the whole nine yards. I put in the rice and let it simmer on low for the allotted 30 minutes, which usually sticks most of the rice to the bottom of the pan while not thoroughly cooking the rest. I take the lid off and lo and behold the rice is cooked...all of it. Now, I will say that the bottom layer scorched to the bottom of the pan. Trial and error are great teachers. Apparently, the number 3 setting on my stove is too high for this. But the jambalaya was good. Cut to cleanup time. I store the leftovers and set the pot in the sink. Literally, I took a damp sponge and wiped out all the scorched bits. Not scrubbed...WIPED. Of course, I washed it with soap and hot water but my point is that, no matter how burnt that bit of rice was, it did not stick to the pot in the least. Ive never had such an easy cleanup. I am going to use this pot from now on when I make chilis, soups, or stews. I will keep the temperature very low. And I will not struggle to clean it. Im going to look for more Hexclad cookware because this one has lived up to the hype. They shouldnt just call it no-stick cookware. They should call it CANT stick cookware.

> 3 dayThe pan is absolutely gorgeous. This is my favorite size pan to use when cooking. I use this to make my one pot meals to boiling pasta. This has a non-stick coating that works great. Its easy to clean in or out of the dishwasher. The cover has a nice seal and a vent that allows the steam to vent and not drip all over the stove.

> 3 dayThis is by far the best stock pot Ive ever used. The meat I browned for soup didnt stick at all and browned so nicely; making a really rich beef broth for my soup. This pot has weight but isnt overly heavy and the lid is the same; both are very well made. Its easy to clean, looks just as beautiful after using it as it did before and you can use whatever utensils you like on the non-stick surface. I cant see ever needing another Stock pot again. Id recommend this with 10 stars if I could. Well worth the investment if you spend any time at all in the kitchen cooking.

> 3 dayI was apprehensive about purchasing this at first, as it didnt look silver. I wanted the size which isnt sold in any off brand so I bit the bullet and paid the 199 for it. It is actually silver, or that is what I received, which I prefer. I have another 7 qt Hexclad piece that is more of an everyday pan which I am very happy with. I also have other off brand pieces and an off brand set that I really like. Thus far they all perform equally and the off brand are actually prettier as they have designs. I purchased off brand sets for my son and daughter who really like them. Both sets were a different brand and perform equally. I added to their sets with different brand everyday pans and skillets, as I want to test as many of the different brands as possible. My daughter really loves them and has started cooking more as she says they make cooking more enjoyable : ). My son says his performs equally as well and likes the fact that they are nonstick and clean up quickly. Im getting rid of most of my other cookware, except for my cast iron, which is irreplaceable no matter what. I season the cookware everytime I use it, and use a generous amount of olive oil in all of my cooking, complimented with butter. Olive oil is very good for your health, no need to ration, there are no downsides to olive oil. Im really glad I discovered this new technology, in any brand.

Greater than one weekThis pot seems to be very durable. It distributes heat evenly. I like that this pot has double handles for easy maneuvering and holding. I had no issues with food sticking (I did season it prior to my first use). The lid sits pretty well on the pot. It’s easy to clean. I hand wash all my pots and pans so I don’t know how it handles in the dishwasher. I have no issues so far.
