> 3 dayFantastic cookware. The biggest draw was you can use metal spatulas and can clean with an sos pad etc. You do not have to use high heat to cook.

17-11-2024This is a good looking and cooking pot. Don’t have to be so cautious like other coated pots.

> 3 dayThis is by far the best stock pot Ive ever used. The meat I browned for soup didnt stick at all and browned so nicely; making a really rich beef broth for my soup. This pot has weight but isnt overly heavy and the lid is the same; both are very well made. Its easy to clean, looks just as beautiful after using it as it did before and you can use whatever utensils you like on the non-stick surface. I cant see ever needing another Stock pot again. Id recommend this with 10 stars if I could. Well worth the investment if you spend any time at all in the kitchen cooking.

> 3 dayI love this pot. It’s amazing. For starters, the glass lid offers a clear view of whats simmering inside. Its a handy feature that allows me to keep an eye on the cooking progress without lifting the lid, and avoids my chicken and dumpling “disappearing” problem when the dumplings go away before the chicken is done. Second, the stay cool handles are a real game-changer. They offer a firm and comfortable grip, sparing me the hassle of searching for oven mitts in the midst of a bustling kitchen. The handles remain cool to the touch, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. Now, onto the capacity. With its generous 10-quart size, this stock pot is a true workhorse. It provides ample room for whipping up large batches of soups, stocks, or stews to feed a hungry crowd. Whether its a family gathering or a dinner party, this pot has got you covered. However, I must highlight a couple of aspects that give me pause. Firstly, the pots weight can be a bit hefty, which might require some extra muscle when handling it. Secondly, Ive noticed that the heat distribution could be more consistent. Despite these minor drawbacks, this stock pot remains a reliable companion for preparing hearty and satisfying meals in significant quantities. It’s gonna be around a long long time.

> 3 dayI have some pans from HexClad that I love and this was a perfect addition to my set. It has a good weight to it and I like how easy it is to use.

Greater than one weekThe photos online show this pot better than my phones camera can, and its exactly what is shown. The glass lid fits perfectly. the bottom of the pot is etched like the inside of the pot--which is useful for stainless steel because its going to change color over time down there. Its just the nature of the material. So the etching will help reduce that issue. After doing the initial wash and seasoning (with is detailed on an included care card--and is very simple and only a few minutes), the pot is ready to go. After use, I just scrape out any bits and throw it in the dishwasher. Simple as that. I dont have metal utensils any more, but I plan on picking up a metal spoon and spatula to use with this pan for searing roasts and stirring heavy stews where plasticware tends to bend rather than stir. Im really looking forward to a long relationship with this pot. If anything changes, Ill update this review.

> 3 dayIve had the set of three fry pans with lids for a month or so and I was so impressed with them, I purchased this pot and lid a couple of weeks later and couldnt be happier. Ive used this pot a number of times on both a gas flame and an infrared electric cook top and it performed well on both heat sources. After reading the user instructions which accompanied the pot and watching numerous video reviews, I saw where reviewers who obviously either didnt read or decided to ignore the simple seasoning procedure and then say it isnt as Non-stick as some other pans. Ive cooked pasta with sauce, made soups and stews, including searing the stew meat in this pot. The results have been delicious. In all situations, so far, clean-up has been little more than a bit of hot water and if needed, a drop of dishwashing liquid and your done. I like the fact that the hybrid coating extends up the inside walls as well as the bottom of the pans. Makes keeping the bottom clean for better, more even heat distribution. The workmanship and the quality of materials youll find with this, will insure it will become an essential tool in your kitchen.
