> 3 dayBought 2 of these--life savers! They are replacements for my Stripe 5 RAID. Removed the old one, put this one in its place with no issue, the RAID ran the formatting and then rebuilt itself. My data is secure.

> 3 dayDrive arrived promptly from seller and was in well protected packaging. Chose this specific drive as it is a replacement for a failed system drive in a WHS v1 server. The original Windows Home Sever OS requires 512 byte sector drives as opposed to (most new) Advanced Format 4k sector drives. Drive is quiet, runs low temp; so far so good. Recommended.

> 3 dayI bought this hard disk for the Plugable USB 3.0 SuperSpeed SATA III Vertical Hard Drive Docking Station. It got the best reviews for life time reliability compared to Seagate and Western Digital and Samsung. This was done by an independent agency that runs long term continuous tests over many years on all makes of hard drives and the Hitachi Ultrastar came out on top. It has been working flawlessly for 6 months now and works great as a 2TB external backup drive for my computer.

Greater than one weekIt Gets Very Loud after 2 months of use, I had to spend much more money on an M.2 SSD just for the luxury of not having it constantly buzz. If you are on a strict budget i would opt for the WD blue in a 1 TB variant then this.

> 3 dayThis is a decent hard drive with 2tb of storage. I use it as a game drive and dont really have any problems. The only thing I encounter is loading problems when playing kingdom come deliverance but that game is pretty buggy anyway. It usually makes clicking noises that definitely arent quiet but it doesnt really bother me. Its not super fast or anything but it is a hard drive after all. Its a good value for 2tb.
