> 24 hourThe second order I’ve made on this part. First Time was 3 years ago, almost to the day. I think that is a reasonable life for a part that runs constantly in the extreme heat of South Texas. It is a tad expensive for what it is but I can’t really complain. Old parts failed, I ordered and got the new part(s) 1 or 2 days later. I call that great. You don’t really want a septic aerator to be down long!

> 24 hourEvery 2 years on Thanksgiving, I have to rebuild my pump. I usually order the cheap ones . They seem to arrive immediately and my system is working again in 2 days. This year i decided to buy the OEM parts. They were supposed to arrive Next DAY. Instead, they never arrived I had to cancel that order and place another which was 2 day delivery. Bottom line.....This may be a great product (Ill let you know in two years) but mishandled deliveries wipe out any potential accolades. 5 day delivery is unacceptable for replacement parts on a critical system.

> 24 hourIf you own one of these pumps, you already know how good they are (long lasting and quiet). This rebuild kit covers the most common (only) trouble you should have. Installation is simple and straight forward requiring a screwdriver and single wrench. The pump operates on a couple of rubber diaphragms. Over time (years), these diaphragms will eventually wear out at the point where the rubber is flexing. The manufacturer even included a safety feature to prevent further damage if/when the diaphragm fails. Replacing the diaphragms takes less than 10 minutes if youre an incompetent baboon and less than half that time if youre a more qualified baboon. Once replaced, you can expect several more years of trouble-free operation and a smug look on your face for saving the purchase price of a new motor.

> 24 hourFirst time owning a septic system with an aerator pump. I opened up the Hiblow pump and saw the damaged diaphragm. The pump is built very solidly and made to have these replaced. The videos on the company website guided me and it was super easy to replace these parts that fit perfectly like OEM should do. Didn’t want to chance it on off-brand parts that could throw off the balance. Bonus points: not having to pay someone to come do this easy repair.
