> 3 dayThis is the first time Ive had to put a diaphragm kit in my Hiblow HB80 and I was a bit apprehensive, but its actually a very simple repair and the Hiblow websites support videos were really helpful. If you try this and have an older pump (mines a 2009 model), pay attention to the safety switch! I thought my repair had failed at first but I hadnt yet installed the new safety switch (which is included and is a piece of cake to install). After installing the new safety switch, my rebuilt pump is now humming along perfectly and I saved the $500 my service provider wanted to charge me for a new pump. There are cheaper rebuild kits on Amazon but for me, spending the $80 on bona fide Hiblow replacement parts really helped take a lot of the worry out of this repair.

> 3 dayI purchased the full OEM kit late Nov 2018 and expected (rightly/wrongly) the parts to last 5 years, so I was slightly surprised when the diaphragms went out this week. I was tempted to go with 4 stars, but our area of Texas did experience record cold (6 degrees) in Feb 21 and record heat this summer (59 days above 100 degrees), so that may be a factor. I am purchasing OEM diaphragms-only this time...

> 3 dayI am an electrical engineer and I can do some DIY stuff around the home and I have a good friend that is in the septic installation/maintenance business in my community and he recommended this Hiblow diaphragm replacement Kit to fix the Hiblow 60 air pump in my septic system that set off the alarm when the diaphragms died a few weeks ago. I purchased this kit, got it in three days (should have been two) and replaced the kit right away. Only tip I have for the replacement is to make sure the two sides of the diaphragms side are centered BEFORE installing the diaphragms to make it easier to install both sides. Worked great and the old pump is up and running!

> 3 dayEvery 2 years on Thanksgiving, I have to rebuild my pump. I usually order the cheap ones . They seem to arrive immediately and my system is working again in 2 days. This year i decided to buy the OEM parts. They were supposed to arrive Next DAY. Instead, they never arrived I had to cancel that order and place another which was 2 day delivery. Bottom line.....This may be a great product (Ill let you know in two years) but mishandled deliveries wipe out any potential accolades. 5 day delivery is unacceptable for replacement parts on a critical system.

> 3 dayThe repair kit was exactly as advertised and fit perfect. There were no instructions but videos are on YouTube which show exactly how to perform the rebuild. This took about 15 minutes to install and now my septic aerator is working again at a fraction of the price that a new one would have cost.

Greater than one weekThe second order I’ve made on this part. First Time was 3 years ago, almost to the day. I think that is a reasonable life for a part that runs constantly in the extreme heat of South Texas. It is a tad expensive for what it is but I can’t really complain. Old parts failed, I ordered and got the new part(s) 1 or 2 days later. I call that great. You don’t really want a septic aerator to be down long!

12-06-2025EXCELLENT rebuild kit !!! Such a great value. I bought second set after installing the first one, just because these days with supply chain problems and ridiculous inflation, I figured Id just buy another ahead of time. Now I should have a working pump after many years of servie. Good quality parts - fit perfectly - installed easily.
