OK, I tried these before and didnt like them. They seemed to help wrists. but my thumb ached and hurt worse then the Carpal Tunnel pain. Gave up and tried many other things. None of them worked. Retried these at night along with a long sleeve tshirt to keep my arms warm. Again the pain in the thumb. THEN.. I tried wrapping these around my wrist without putting my thumb into the hole. I held the end with the hole close to my wrist with my fingers, and wrapped it around my wrist pretty tight. Tried a lot untill it felt comfortable and went to bed. WOKE UP WITH NO CARPAL TUNNEL PAIN!!! It was great. I have used them for 4 days now and each day my CTS pain is reduced. I expect after a few weeks I will not even need these any more. I recommend everyone try a pair of these, but do NOT put your thumb in the hole. Fixes your CTS pain but causes worse pain in your thumb I just bought 2 more pairs of these.

So far, they seem ok. They are tight and stayed velcroed. The reason I only gave them a 4 is the lack of support around the thumb area.

They have done s great job for me and my casual tunnel issues are severe. But as long as I wear these at work, I rarely have problems during work hours. I really thought they were very cheap and were going to fall apart pretty fast, but I was pleasantly surprised. They lasted a long time, Ive bought a second pair and recommended then to a friend.

At least once or twice a year, I get this unbearable pain in the ball of my hand by my thumb and the only thing that helps is if I compress it and keep it immobile for a while. Its hard to find something that fits that area, but this is perfect. Fits over my thumb and I can wrap it around the sore area, and it holds snuggly. Im really happy.

This product was so amazing for when I started to learn how to snowboard. I kept falling and kept bracing my fall with my hands, and this save my wrist from serious injuries. Fits very well with your gloves.

excellent product.....used first time today at gym....pulled both braces tight and relieve pain from wrists. A little worried if thumb hole will last. With stress of the pull, over time might break. That is my only concern. recommend

It isnt very good at limiting motion if your wrist is in pain. It is a good reminder to be careful with a hurt wrist. And it gives full motion. And the velcro holds ok. Has to be re adjusted occasionally.

Thank you, Amazon, for delivering these the SAME DAY! My wrists hurt so much I did not know what to do (painkillers are a last-resort option). After wearing them for a few minutes (now over an hour) I can honestly say my pain is gone. I will update after a few weeks. As other reviewers have said, the thumb loop is loose, but the wrist support is perfect. I spend a LOT of time in the kitchen and on the computer, so my wrists are a mess. Thank you so much!
