> 24 hourPleased with the results, although you need to use only a small amount at a time because is breaks down and crumbles as its used. I used it in place of steel wool after waxing painted furniture with Annie Sloan products with quick, excellent results.

> 24 hourUse this on some of the metal jewelry that I make. Its very fine and works well, but makes quite a mess so use it outside or over something to collect the fine particles that result. A respirator or dust collector will protect your lungs.

> 24 hourThis stuff is great for projects around the house, and mine was removing light corrosion from some antique firearms. If you happen to be looking for this for that reason-it works great. Just use plenty of oil and be sure not to let too much grit build up on the same spot of wool.

> 24 hourGreat for guitar frets. They do not shed and crumble or pack down densely. 1 pad lasts longer than I expected. Especially compared to steel. I found the natural oxidation of guitar strings was minimized. Less evident on my fingers. Not cheap in price but not cheap in performance. Overall I am pleased.

> 24 hourVery nice product. Used these for guitar building, my Tele is happier for the non rusting and very smooth feel of these. In fact steel wool caused a blue stain during my finishing and this Bronze Wool did a great job to buff it out, easily.

> 24 hourWhile this is considered a marine product, it was recommended to me for keeping rats out of holes. It may be too soon to see its effectiveness, as its only been in my grill for a short time. The vote is still out.

> 24 hourI bought this to clean household windows because I noticed that the professionals do use 0000 steel wool, Not bronze wool but steel. However Im not sure what kind (brand) they use but all the seel I have used have rusted within one hour so I switched to this bronze. The Pros told me NOT to push (rub) too hard or you can leave scratches. I finished my parents house and I did notice some scratches however I am not sure if it was me or someone else. The house is 30 years old. My advice is to test a window or two and not the main living room windows, first. This product did not specifically say that its #0000. This troubles me a bit. I would recommend it but not guarantee against any or all scratches. I would call a pro, Im going to, and find out what exactly they use before I buy any more wool.

> 24 hourTakes the rust right off without hurting the finish. A friend let me know about this stuff and boy am I thankful. I had a small bit of surface rust on a revolver from 1918. As you might imagine, I was very concerned about not harming the intact finish on the gun. Well this stuff did the trick! Using some Kroil and this bronze wool I was able to gently rub off the rust over an hour and a half and the gun looks great now (as great as it can with a little bit of finish missing). The rust is completely gone and the rest of the finish is no worse for the wear. If I had used even 0000 steel wool, I could not say the same. This is a must have tool!
