Not happy with the screen resolution of this product. It is so bad I would return it, but the seller charges a 20 percent restocking fee so i guess its not worth it. It is very fast and the touch screen is nice. I just wish I could see the screen when it is on my lap in tablet mode, tilted back at that angle its almost impossible to see. Also hard to see when flipped up and sitting on the table. So basically, unless its in standard laptop mode and on a table in front of me, it cant see the graphics properly.

No issues to speak of. Works great

I am in grad school and I was looking for a Chromebook to use for basic web related research and most importantly for writing papers. This one was in the right price range and is doing great for me. The graphics are not great, but I am not using this for graphics. If you are looking for something to write on and take care of basic web related stuff, I highly recommend this.

Excellent for the Virtual classes

I needed a laptop

This item is knock off or lower quality then its suppose to be. The key board doesnt light up on the one sold from Amazon like it suppose to,the screen lighting is dingy and dull and the original to chormebook for the actual hp store or is heavier then this one.

Great touch chrome book that folds out and functions great. My son loves it

Its a nicely sized chromebook and seems sturdy. Ive had it for 5 months and regret not looking elsewhere. The screen is washed out with no way to correct/alter contrast or colors. This last month it shuts itself off instead of going to sleep. The memory lags and loops unlike other chromebooks Ive owned.

Slow to the point of wanting to throw it against the wall. Apps and sytem IU crash everytime I use it. Restarting and updating do not help. Total piece of junk.
