Liked every feature of this product. Used it to upload all our music cd’s to my new desktop computer which does have a disc drive.

I was able to open/run some old photos on a CD disc and save them down on to my lap top and external storage drive.

So far I have transfered over 100 CDs to an MP3 player without any problems. It has worked as promised. There were less expensive brands but since I was going to be using an HP computer also I chose the same brand.

Ordered 8-31--delivered by UPS 9-8 excellent condition. Finally something that works, came with a detachable usb cord, about 18 inches long, no product instructions, but did have warranty papers. I plugged the usb cord into my old HP computer 15 years old, that does have a DVD player, that after all these yrs is not what it use to be, any way this HP writer worked right out of the box transferring my PrintMaster images to paper perfectly, next step I had an old home movie I had put on a DVD, it copied, this to a new DVD disk perfectly, looks like it is going to be a good buy for my purposes.

Works great. Seamless installation. Excellent transfer speed. Bought to install older software on a new PC that did not come with an optical drive--great accessory to have available, and even occasionally play DVDs.
