> 3 dayOh my goodness I could not be more Aggravated!!! Ive spent the past hour on the phone with HP being transferred to one automate person to another. I was assured by the HP sales team that this item would allow me to upload (or rip) music from my cds to my computer, and would also allow me to burn cds. I have an HP 360 envy and windows media player says error for every single track it tries to rip. I have poured over countless community support articles, and like I said an hour being transferred all over the place to automated hp people. The product support for this item just gives you a general hp number. It DOES NOT let you rip music....the whole reason for the purchase. So frustrated! I want to return it and then go to Best Buy, purchase their recommendation and have the sales person make it work....
