Great machine. Advertising was misleading in that it indicated a terabyte SSD drive. Needless to say, we did not receive computers with terabyte drives.

We bought this for our son. His previous laptop was in dire need of replacing. This works great. Apps load fast, switching between them is fast and smooth. Boot time is very fast. The flip screen is great for his use. In fact, my wife is jealous of it and looking forward to her next upgrade.

This computer runs as poorly as the one I bought a few years before for less than a third of the cost of this one. Very disappointed

The battery life leans more toward the lower end of the manufacturers estimate. The computer is slightly cumbersome when using as a tablet, but I love the large size of everything. For laptop function, I do a lot of work in Microsoft word and I love the feel of the keys. They are easy to press and the spacing is perfect. The touch screen is a pleasant feature, though Im still adjusting to being able to reach up and touch something as opposed to having to drag the mouse around. Bought this laptop brand new about a month ago to use for school (zoom lessons, email, some excel, etc.). Unfortunately, this computer is SLOW and the screen starts to continuously glitch everyday until I restart. When sharing my screen during a meeting, the computer completely freezes. Not reliable.
