So far Ive only had it for a few days but I really really like it. I havent had any issues with it. My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...

NO FINGERPRINT READER. VERY FAST GOOD COMPUTER NO LAGGING. BACKSPACE KEY HARD TO GET USED TO AND BACKLIT KEYBOARD GOES OUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE MAYBE DUE TO POWER SAVING FEATURES. Had it for 2 years now and no issues. I don’t save anything on this computer, I save everything to the cloud. I also don’t download demanding computer programs into it. Just necessary and safe programs from school. To add, I never go on shady websites, only main stream ones. Take care of your computer and it will take care of you!

I really like almost everything about this model, except for the placement of the power switch - which is along the left side of the keyboard. Kind of odd for a machine that is designed to be versatile and mobile. Also, the power cord connects to all my other HP notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side. Not a big deal but now all places I use my computer in my house are opposite, so when I need the cord, it has to cross over me. Still, good price for this model and Im happy. I would recommend.

This HP laptop gives you a lot of bang for the buck. The lightweight, convertible laptop with flat keyboard boots up quickly and sets up quickly. Using my Microsoft account I was able to have all of my software up and running in no time. The screen resolution is beautiful, I watched Netflix with no blurring. The sound was decent, certainly not stellar for music, but more than acceptable for movies and videos. I love how thin the laptop is but it still feels very sturdy. I already had a pen that I used on an older HP and it works very well with my new laptop, I love being able to take notes and then attach them to an email for distribution. While not a powerhouse laptop for gaming, this is a perfect home or school laptop!

These work fine for a good 1 1/2 years. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. Seriously, if you don’t want to deal with the slowness buy an HP Elitebook. It costs more money but you get what you pay for. I know this because my work computer is an Elitebook and has no hiccups. I’ve had it for 4 years. I turn it on and I’m up and running in 2 minutes. I will never buy another Pavilion again. Never.

This product is exactly as advertised. I was looking for a lighter computer; this fits the bill.

I bought this laptop for college, being a freshman I was looking for something affordable that would last. I got the core i5 10th gen and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. I had thought about getting a mac but price wise it was out of range. The pavilion is very smooth and crisp in a way. I use it for online class and I have to run some programs for my science classes. It has NOT let me down. Ive been using it for about a month now and it still works like new. The setup took me like 15 minutes when I first got it. The only things that I believe could be a con for some is that the battery will not last a whole day. I start class at around 8:20 am and around 12 pm the battery is dead, there is a battery saver button tho and it usually lets my battery last an extra hour or so. Tablet mode is fun, I dont usually use it so I have no comment on that. Regardless, very good product for the price. Would 100% recommend for college students. I dont think this would be a good choice for gaming tho. (sorry for the stickers!)

Given the number of hour spent in front of a screen, it is wonderful to have such a user friendly, adaptable computer on my team. I have been a Mac user for YEARS and am so happy that I made the decision to change. The touch screen is a gamechanger. As a teacher teaching online, it is wonderful to be able to share my screen and utilize the whiteboard feature and to be able to accurately draw and present lessons quickly and legibly. The only thing that I have to get used to is having the power button on the side, which I hit and power down the devise by mistake. This was a wonderful purchase!
