> 3 dayMy son uses his laptop to watch YouTube which has parental controls on it. It’s basically the only thing that this laptop is used for. It was working great until I just tried to turn it on and it says it doesn’t have an operating system on it. I checked for a warranty and Amazon says to contact the seller directly. The seller no longer exists.

Greater than one weekSo far Ive only had it for a few days but I really really like it. I havent had any issues with it. My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...

Greater than one weekI love this laptop!! Great value, very fast, and is very easy to set up. As a teacher, I am using it for distance learning. I love the touchscreen. After my MacBook decided to quit on me I was in the market for an affordable but sturdy laptop. This has exceeded my expectations! It took a little bit to get used to Windows again but it wasnt rocket science, thank God.
