06-06-2025After two weeks of use, I like the feel and action of the keyboard and that it is lighted. Everyday light computing will not tax this machine but I am not sure how it would be for gaming or intensive graphic manipulation. Battery life is less than 3-4 hours of light computing. Im not sure Ill keep this machine, mostly because of the battery life and feeling unsure of whether it truly has DDR 4 ram.

> 3 dayIt is true, battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. In this century, there is no plausible reason for a computer that costs this much to have these flaws. Have not decided whether to send it back. I still use a Toshiba and a Dell, this one was lighter for taking to other countries. I wanted a backlit keyboard. You start out putting all your data on it, only to find out the flaws as you go. Very discouraging, do not know if it is Win 10 or HP. Will get to the bottom of it and update this poor review. There wasnt a whole lot of comments when I purchased. Pen and touch work decent, so does the switching to tablet like mode.

> 3 dayMany things I love about this laptop. Great battery life, it is lightweight it is touchscreen and has tablet mode. I picked it because it had a backlit keyboard. I am annoyed at the placement of the power button it is on the side where you grab the laptop to move it and I keep bumping it and turning off the computer. Getting knocked out of Zoom meetings is really annoying. I will deal with it but will definitely think about this when I am looking for a new computer.

> 3 dayI was very excited when my queue was populated with this laptop. I bought this exact version in 2018 for my wife for about 600$ on sale. There are only minor differences between the 2020 and 2018 version and they all contribute to a small increase in raw performance but nothing revolutionary.

> 3 dayReally like my laptop. Perfect for work. Battery lasts long enough for me. The only thing is… I really wish the keyboard lit up but I guess that’s my bad for not making sure of that before I purchased. Other than that , I’m happy with my purchase. EDIT - it’s literally been one year since I purchased this laptop and it’s already malfunctioning. I barely use this laptop and it’s already messing up. The touchscreen has stopped working and now I cannot complete tasks I need to because of this. It’s been one year!!

> 3 dayI bought this and I regret it. I only use it for photos and it’s already freezing. I wish I can get my money back. Sooo worthless

> 3 dayLaptop is fast and light. Setup was super easy. I’ve had it since March 2021 and the Keyboard doesn’t light up when dark. Not sure if it’s a feature I need to set up, but I looked everywhere in system setup and control panel and can’t see this function.
