> 3 dayWe had a cat in the house for a bit. The cat learned to open the room doors and the door to the garage. This stopped that behavior while making access for humans easier.

> 3 dayI installed these because I have small children and its been a life saver since he wants to throw everything away. They stuck on the door nice and easy no issues. Would recommend.

> 3 dayMy puppy learned how to open doors very early on. These locks are amazing and she can’t open doors anymore. My puppy is safe and I can breathe a sigh of relief that she won’t be getting into anything potentially dangerous.

Greater than one weekSuper useful - despite being non-human apparently my cats taught themselves how to open doors and I got tired of coming home to everything being open and mildly ransacked. Theyre easy to work and can be opened with one hand while Im completing my morning routine. I am in an apartment so being able to take them off will be important once I leave, but well see. NOTE: a friend locked themselves in the bathroom by accidentally putting the bottom lever back up before going in and closing the door. Unless you know that your doorknob doesnt move upon opening/closing make sure to keep the lever down!!

> 3 dayKeeps our toddler from helping himself to more puffs, graham crackers, and goldfish throughout the day. Easy to install, easy to use. Although, all of the grandparents struggled to figure out how to use it, which made us laugh (they are fine now, once we showed them. They all claim it’s because they “didn’t have contraptions like this back in their day.”) Great buy overall, don’t hesitate!!

> 3 dayThe lower part of the door lever lock is hard to open for an adult. You either have to bend or should use both hands. It is also easy for kids to open it. They are shorter and can easily open it with both hands. A lever lock which opens to the side is better and harder to open by kids.

> 3 dayI have these on my door and they worked until a kid pulled on it during a meltdown. Then it came off the door and fell apart. It does help, but it is not a permanent solution. I work at a school, so I am not able to drill holes or anything. This would be better if the adhesive also was adjustable to accommodate different style of doors. For instant my doors have a window. Where this needs to be put there is a frame for the window. The door is metal so it is not like I can cut the frame. If the adhesive would be higher on one side than the other then this would allow it to fit better. I have to use mechanics adhesive to attach it to the door.
