> 3 dayAs a mom to, two young boys privacy is hard to come by. My oldest has Autism (Severe) and has learned to Jiggle the door handles all the way loose and now they won’t stay locked. This device is now my new lock. It also helps with making sure my front door is securely locked for him as well. The older he gets the more I worry about him walking out the front door one by himself one day. This device is literally the best investment I ever made.

> 3 dayTwo and a half year old grew enough to reach the deadlock and figured out how to operate it. Dont have to worry about finding her playing the in street at 2am with this door lever lock anymore. 5 stars.

> 3 dayYup, I got a salon cat that likes to eat all the food on the floor. We are talking food for SALE! So, this really helps. I found that the commercial handles I have will open from the other side even tho one of these items is on the other side. The handle that is still flexing allows us to activate the white child proof on the outside of the door and then close it going into the room you dont want the animal to access and not be able to go in and out of areas you want to keep on lock down. Check your knobs before applying the sticker, I found I had to move a couple to the opposite side of the door. Just locking the inside one allowed the outside handle with no safety on it to still be opened. Who knew! Now you know. Worked great. The sticky is seriously strong. Dont push it down too hard if you might have to move it due to mistake.

Greater than one weekThese work well, are easy to open if you aren’t a toddler and don’t look ridiculous. However, depending on the type of door you have you may have to angle them a bit which looks silly but still works. My French doors are all glass panels and these don’t have any way to adhere to that. Otherwise I’m terrified for when I move, these things are stuck there probably permanently.

> 3 dayThis is a 3 pack. I’m using 2, and I gave the 3rd one to my daughter. My granddaughter ripped it off their door! I’m assuming it’s just that one, since mine are still on strong with no problem. I’ve contacted Amazon 3 different times. Finally I got a response telling me I can’t return the item because it’s over 30 days. I asked Amazon to help me contact the company since 1 of the 3 locks is defective, and since this is a 3 pack, I would like it replaced. Only the defective one

> 3 dayWe have Ragdoll cats and theyve discovered how to open any door with the flappy kind of handles. This is so perfect! Holds up to them jumping up and hanging off the handles. Finally, I feel smarter than my cat lol.

> 3 dayThis works well and installs easily, but be careful when using on interior doors. Exterior doors, the inside and outside handle generally operate independently, but on interior doors the inside handle and outside handles move in tandem. I installed this and set it in the locked position with the door open. My little one wasnt home so I didnt close the door. Later, I went to use the restroom that this lock was protecting, and even though no one was home I closed the door behind me out of habit. When I went to exit, I couldnt, and the outside handle was blocked by this device and the inside handle cant turn if the outside handle cant turn. After mulling over my options and deciding to go hulk mode on the handle, it dawned on me that my bathroom has french doors. :) So luckily in my case I just released the lock on the second floor and pulled the doors open. But if it were a single door, hulk smash indeed. My only wish for this item were if there were a second model for exterior doors that had a spring loaded auto lock option, in which the device would always return to the locked position. Reason being, we have a heavy traffic home, and people are constantly coming and going. When people leave, its easy to forget to open the door, set the lock, then exit, so the child lock stays engaged after you leave, meaning the door is often times left unlocked when people exiting forget to do this. So we have gotten into the habit of checking it throughout the day. If it had some sort of spring loaded with soft auto lock, people could exit and it could return to a locked position automatically. Obviously this would only work for exterior doors or doors in which the inside and outside handles can be operated independently and dont move in tandem.

> 3 dayGreat adhesion, super easy to install and easy to use!!! We were having to lock every single door in our house to keep our 2 year old out of bedrooms. It was a hassle to find things to turn the lock back open. These are super convenient and doesn’t look tacky on doors.

> 3 dayIt’s not as smooth as I would like in its operation. Double edged sword as it makes sure the child can’t open it, but it’s also tough for the adults to do it!
