Had for a month and the anvil broke off taking lugs off. I work on garbage trucks. I might update the review if warranty goes okay. So far what I was impressed with is not even impressive.

The item 2235Ti Max arrived very fast. The item is a little bit lighter than 231C. It is not exactly light. It is excellent that I received the item in good condition.

Still a time-tested reliable work horse. Best of the best but not the top dog anymore in way of maximum torque and hammerability. But the quality is amazing compared to the other leaders so pic your poison: get the job done reliably or get more torque and break down likely later. There is a torque youtube channel that maintains a chart of all of the tools and performs detailed testing including quality. Check it out for your needs. But this one sits well on that list.

This is my second Titanium Ingersol that I have owned. Love these guns light weight and tons of power. The first was a first generation Ti that I purchased back in 2002 or 2003. It has served me well over its 13 years of daily service.in the automotive repair field.

Highly recommend this impact, I rarely have issues getting anything loose. (Rust belt tech) The only issue I had was, one of the case bolts came loose and killed the power on the gun. So I recommend pulling them out and putting some loctite on the threads, other than that absolutely no issues.

I needed a replacement impact decided to give the bigger version of my 3/8 drive a try. I’m a tractor trailer mechanic by trade and I am not nice to tools. I do not oil my air tools (I know shame on me) but have had great luck out of my 3/8. Took gun out of box, screwed in air fitting, gave it the only oil it will ever get (used coworkers oil) and proceeded to run the **** out of it removing and reinstalling 5/8 diameter bolts in dolly legs. Did 2 sets of legs in about an hour and a half (48 nut and bolt combos in and out). We ran the gun till it frosted the casing on the outside and kept on going. It never lacked a bit of power pulling the 5/8 flat washers down to meet the dish shape of the braces we were bolting together. Gun has seen a lot of daily use and abuse in the 3 months I’ve had it with out any issues. Light weight and easy to handle. All around good gun.

Not too heavy. Power is very good. Like the rear direction buttons. Have used other Ingersoll Rand products and have been happy with all of them. Gun looks and works great.

6 Stars!!! I. Love. This. Gun!!! Every time I use it, I get big smile on my face and a metaphorical boner. What a great replacement to my old 2135ti of 13 years. Definitely turn it down to 3, or even 2 though when putting on lug nuts or anything you may be worried about breaking or stripping because you will if youre not careful....

Ordered when on vacation. Item came. Looked and feels just like my other IR titanium 1/2 guns ( own 3). By the time I got back to work I plugged it in and oiled it. Everything seemed good. When trying to remove a bolt in the vertical position ( tool facing up) it would not work. Thought maybe it needs to break in ( hoping for the best). Well as a week goes by. It gets worse, then started loosing power in and position. Broken from day 1. It is under warranty, through an outside source ( as per IR) that I have to pay to ship it too and hope they can fix it .
