use it everyday. works like it did the first day i got it, just doesnt look as pretty anymore :P

I could not believe the difference between this impact drill and the one I was using. I used this one once and looked at my old one and cussed it. Still can’t believe there was that much difference between them. Highly recommend this impact drill.

I abuse my other impacts daily, this one sits till its needed and it does a good job handling the tougher jobs. Also with the boot even still very lightweight

Contacted Ingersoll Rand customer service to see it the air inlet is suppose to swivel(move), when the air fitting is installed. It is designed that way, that should be in the description or manual. This might actually make the manual worth making.

I had the older model. Bought this one to replace it and think is by far the best impact gun I have ever had. Takes bolts from axles with no effort.

This impact gun has loads of power, it’s quiet (I have the “q” quiet version), it’s light and feels great in the hand. These guns will last for 7 years if you grease them occasionally and oil daily. Great reliable guns.

Highly recommend this impact, I rarely have issues getting anything loose. (Rust belt tech) The only issue I had was, one of the case bolts came loose and killed the power on the gun. So I recommend pulling them out and putting some loctite on the threads, other than that absolutely no issues.
