Bought it to replace my old one It is a pound heavier but it has more power. Great for acura and Hondas crank bolt.

If you want a new main impact wrench this is the wrench to buy. Powerful enough for any bolts or lugs youll encounter. Same wrench cornwell and snapon use. Only minor issue is its a bit wide, so you may want to buy a smaller wrench if you often work in tight spaces.

Right from the box - 15 degree in garage - first hit barely moved cv axle bolt on 03 passat - heated up bolt to 70 degrees (heat gun and infra-red thermometer) - spun the bolt right off - -No problem - no hesitation - Trigger is very good - easy and calibrated - can inch bolts around 1/4 turn-- light weight , feels good in the hands well balanced - not that loud - very satisfied --only thing i didnt realize was that the operators and parts manuals are both on line - link is on card in box -With regular maintenance should last 15 years like the IR pneumatic it has replaced ----

Our shop has been using these impacts for several years. Everyone that uses them loves them. They seem to hold up much better than our old IR 231 guns and are lighter. They are worth the additional Cost.

The impact wrench works great, even though I had to take it a part to put the clip back in that wasnt fully installed from the factory.

Works great! I have one just like it without the sound dampening, Ive used for 2 years in the auto industry. Held up awesome with a lot of power, I couldnt take the noise anymore. This one is really quiet and it is awesome!
