> 24 hourFirst take a glass of water and mostly ice and calibrate the thermometer by swirlingthe probe in the water until it stops. Once it stops THAT number is freezing. It was two degrees HIGH on mine so had to adjust the temps to compensate. Once you do that everything is just following the instructions.

> 24 hourUsed a little more than a month. Took a little reading to understand and I watched a YouTube video to make sure I did everything right and so far so good. Power went out and it came back on without needing to re-set it.

> 24 hourBought this a few months ago and it stopped working .. SAYS ONE YEAR WARRANTY but no response from seller … DO NOT BUY unless you want dead fish.. false advertisement on warranty and will stop working in a few months!

> 24 hourEasy to set up, big red numbers, I can just walk by and see the exact temp on my tank. I have it plugged into my Apex for redundancy. Must have for any aquarium keeper! Thank you inkbird!

> 24 hourAdded this inkbird controller to my Apex for a form of redundancy and control to avoid wearing out the relays and cooking my tank. I couldnt be happier. Runs two heaters from a single outlet space so it also freed up an outlet, and provides primary control with a similar degree of stability to my Apex. Cant get it as tight, but honestly I dont feel that it matters. Works great so far and gives me piece of mind that I have an extra means of shutting down a failed heater.

> 24 hourI had to look up the manual for this product online in order to properly figure out how to set the temp. The little pamphlet that comes with it isnt as helpful as the actual online manual. But once I got it up and running, no complaints!

> 24 hourIt won’t let me set the night timer or the night heat, instructions aren’t very clear which makes the set up process harder and it didn’t help that I couldn’t set up the night temp. Disappointed

> 24 hourAll I needed is a temperature controller to keep baby chick from getting too cold. This one does that, but it also can be set for two temperatures with a clock to control the number of hours for the first temperature with the balance of the 24 hours at the second temperature. You can also set how many degrees below the set temperatures when it will turn on. In setting it up, you need the instructions as you step through a sequence with codes such as TS1 and TS2 for temperatures, DS1 and DS2 for heating differential, CF for Centigrade or Fahrenheit, etc. The over and under temperature alarms are fixed at 210 and -58 degrees Fahrenheit; to me theyre useless. I checked accuracy with precision thermometers and its within a degree.

> 24 hourI love the duel screens that show actual and desired temp. Also it is so nice to finally have a timer that can maintain two different temps for day and night. Once I deciphered the instruction pages it was fairly simple to use. It took me a good 30 minutes of reading it over multiple times to understand what the menus and codes actually meant. You have to memorize the sequence of program steps because if you have to look at the manual for too long mid process it will time out and you have to start it over. Luckily it’s set it and forget it. I should have written down the instructions for myself in clear English while it was still fresh so I can remember how to use it when I need to change something.
