02-06-2025Many temp controllers dont have a full range of temps but this one does so I can use it to control a heat lamp for my chickens. I have it come on at 30f and go off at 36f. It works perfectly once you understand how to set it. Maybe it is just me but I did not get how to set it from the instructions on the first try. I would say the instructions could be better. Price is reasonable and quality seems high.

> 3 daySo far Ive used this in my 75g aquarium for about a month. This controler is pretty simple to set up and has worked great in the Fahrenheit setting. This one seems to be the best version for aquariums and seems to have a sealed probe. The only downside Ive found is when using this in the Celsius setting, the temperature never got up to where I wanted it and had a large temperature range, causing major water temperature swings. I have since switched over to Fahrenheit and has worked perfectly within 1 degree. I have just purchased a second one for a nano tank and will update my review if any unreasonable malfunctions happen.

> 3 dayHooked up 2 heaters for our 155 gallon tank. Seems to work perfect. UPDATE: After 2 years and 3 months, the calibration keeps changing. The first thing I noticed was the water felt cold when feeding the fish. I used 2 glass thermometers and found the calibration was off -15F. I had to set it to -15F to read the write temp. Then it changed to -13, than -15... I am currently looking for a new one.

> 3 dayI use this with a CHE to keep my bearded dragons tank at the right temp. Sometimes the basking light needs a little help during the day, but running both all the time can make it too hot. And at night, with no lights, sometimes it gets a little cool. This has two time settings, so I can set it for the right temp for daytime, and it only comes on if the basking light needs help. And at night, if it drops below 65, itll turn the CHE on until it gets up to 70, then switch it off again. Setup was a little tricky, definitely needed the user guide since each setting is identified by a 2-letter code, but once that was done, its been great. The sensor seems pretty accurate, too. Overall, Im very happy with it.

> 3 dayThe inkbird is easy to use and allows for multiple heaters to work together. This while minimizing the chance of a heater failure cooking your aquarium fish!
