It workes realy good i wish the display was easier to read and the sucktion cup cable os short and the suction cup mushroomed out in 2 weeks. Mabe i got a dude

Hello, I have recently received the new model inkbird with the aquarium probe and it works great and is very reliable. For that matter it I find it to be a testament to the quality that I have been running an older model with the metal probe for over 2 years straight now in some aquariums with rather expensive fish stock. I have reached out to inkbird a few occasions on facebook and have had great communications with those that I have worked with. In comparison myself and a few friends have tried the Finnex heater controllers and have had them fail or found them to be incredibly inaccurate. As well as cost more then the Inkbird units. For heat controllers I will be looking no further then Inkbird from here on out!

Im using this to control a heat pad on a snake terrarium. I tried another brand first which did not have the ability to set day and night Temps nor did it allow to set how much temperature variant you want. For this inkbird, I just read through the instructions first, then walked through the menu. Familiarize yourself with the abbreviations that will show up on the display too. Its been running for about 12 hours now and so far so good.

Instructions are worthless, used YouTube to setup. Temp is off +|- 1 degree not terrible. But for the money you would expect more

Customer service for one is on point and will try to correct the issue but this season I bought 4 units and all 4 lasted less than 3 months. They sent me 4 more for free, still all 4 went bad. As a small business owner this is not reliable enough for me as one it sets me back with wrong temps. Save you time and your hairline and buy a digiten, 2 years running strong. Pic is of the 2 working in the same setup, inkbird is off by a lot!

I’m on my third unit now (for 3 tanks) and I couldn’t be happier. Great price, great features, can control up to 2 heaters in one tank. So much more accurate than the built-on dial of any aquarium heater. I wouldn’t run an aquarium without it. I’ve had some issues with the suction cup but eventually I’ve been able to get it to stick.

All I can say is good things about this product very easy to set up and all of you wanna make sure ur tanks are running safe from a heater failure make sure to look into one to these bad boys
