> 3 dayMy Naturopath Doctor recommended this product after I came back from Africa with a cough that began when we were dancing and singing in church. The dust kicked up from dancing caused an irritation that wouldnt go away. Not a bad cough, just a little one with almost every sentence I spoke. She recommended 6 a day in divided doses to start with, and then gradually cut back until the cough was gone. It worked very well. It is not a cough suppressant, nor does it make the cough go away immediately. Instead, it heals the problem. I dont use it all the time, just whenever I get congested or have a little breathing problem. But I always keep it on hand.
