NAC Great stuff for the immune - This is the same thing they give heart patients before and after heart stent surgery. But of course this is a much less dose. First time with this company - and i can not say anything one way or the other. I normally use NOW - But This company seems to have a better product which is hard to believe. They have a stronger dose on this .

My cat has breathing problems and a friend recommended NAC. I put all the powder in the wet cat food which I divide into three portions. It has helped her with her breathing problems

Coughing, sneezing, and thick respiratory mucus became an everyday thing for us due to prolonged forest fire smoke exposure. We tried decongestants, antihistamines, and even prescription meds to no avail. Our local naturopath suggested these. Withing 24 hours of taking the first NAC capsule, our coughing, sneezing, and runny noses were reduced dramatically ( for some family members, syptoms were mitigated entirely). A good bargain because they work!!

I dont remember what my ND prescribed this for, but its effect on my life-long issue with memory has been solved. Its amazing to remember stuff. Im so happy and will take NAC till my dying day.

My Naturopath Doctor recommended this product after I came back from Africa with a cough that began when we were dancing and singing in church. The dust kicked up from dancing caused an irritation that wouldnt go away. Not a bad cough, just a little one with almost every sentence I spoke. She recommended 6 a day in divided doses to start with, and then gradually cut back until the cough was gone. It worked very well. It is not a cough suppressant, nor does it make the cough go away immediately. Instead, it heals the problem. I dont use it all the time, just whenever I get congested or have a little breathing problem. But I always keep it on hand.

Love the thought of it boosting my Immune system by increasing my telemores - I’m putting my husband on them, who is now 65 but looks 55 and who is not on any meds, to keep his immune system up and strong for the winter.
