NAC helps with allergy symptoms in the lungs. It also gives some overall relief to the respiratory system from seasonal allergies. It allows me to get relief from minor wheezing without escalating to the use of prescription inhaled steroids.

I had been taking a different brand at 750mg of NAC, twice a day. While that brand worked well so far, new peculiar symptoms had been popping up. I purchased this brand of NAC because I use their B-complex (which has worked well for me). NAC single dose once a day at 600mg. No side effects noted so far after a few days. Blood pressure remains normal (main reason for taking it). Have good energy throughout the day. Clears up sinuses from seasonal allergies. Note that I do have a dry throat in the morning, which is better than the alternative phlegm buildup due to allergy symptoms. Will return with long term review later.

Its not nice to talk about, but, I am always dealing with too much mucous, and NAC has helped me with this problem. It was so bad that I would gag just trying to brush my teeth... Now I can at least get through my routine gag free. Sorry for the visual..........

It was very good and compact.

Works pretty well. Had some terrible allergies, but this helped get rid of most of the symtpoms (nose gets a little stuffy, but it is manageable). **I am in Oregon, a place where allergies tend to hit people harder- if that carries any weight to this simple review ;)

One of my go-to supplement. I’ve tried other NAC, but nothing comes close to this one. Will be taking this forever...
