Greater than one weekIve bounced over years from AMD to INTEL and at one point settled back to INTEL. I typically go for the i7 processors to get more life out of my systems (rather than i3 or i5 processors). I have gotten many more years than thought out of systems and still show good usability even after 6 years. The processor installs easily provided you have some knowledge in building computers. No blue screening to report used with ASUS Z690M-Plus motherboard and G.SKILL memory.

> 3 dayIntel Core i7-12700K Desktop Processor 12 (8P+4E) Cores up to 5.0 GHz Unlocked LGA1700 is one monster of a chip. I have an 8th Gen I7 that is quick but this one is in a world all by itself.

> 3 dayIts been roughly 6-7 years since I last build my gaming computer. Upgrading to this has been more than significant. As of this writing, I hope youve done your research the I7-12700ks price point and its competition. For this price point, it may be the top dog.

> 3 dayIt’s a little expensive but regardless, this thing is a beast. Paired it with a 3070 ti that I got on sale and so far haven’t had any issues. I’m not over clocking so I can’t review that, but for normal, everyday gaming this thing tears it up so far!
