> 3 dayA great product! Have used for several years. Made the mistake of getting a B12 shot from the doctor because it was free which didnt make me feel better as this product does, but in fact made me have a yeast imbalance for which I used Vitanica Candidastat to resolve. This product is so delicious I have to restrain from eating it like candy. It calms my nerves and makes me feel so much better immediately. Highly recommended!!!

Beautifully Imperfect!
> 3 dayI think a higher dosage might be more noticeable for me, but that said, this gives me a pretty decent boost in energy, at best. Easy to chew, and the flavor is ok. Some days, I have issues with energy, so this is helpful to me, when those days come and go. No noticeable side-effects. Once I run out, Ill look into a slightly higher dosage, to hopefully see more effects. Otherwise, a pretty solid product.

> 3 dayI let the lozenges slowly dissolve under my tongue, which usually happens after only a few minutes. They taste good. I bought the 1,000 mcg and am happy with the dosage. Ive tried the 500 mcg and I didnt feel my mood improve as much with those. Although the research says its fine, Im not comfortable taking the higher mcg options that Jarrow has available, but thats just my personal preference, and the 1,000 is great for me. B12 is critical for improved mood and the B vitamins play a key role in preventing aging. They are especially necessary if you on a vegetarian or vegan diet, which I tend to be.

> 3 dayI went to the dr and was told I’m anemic and my b12 was remarkably low. I tried these sublinguals, which are very chalky, and I have no idea if I feel any different. I feel like they don’t absorb very well, because of how chalky they are. I will try another product just to compare. But from what I understand, your body can only absorb so much at once and 1000 is way above that threshold. I do feel like I have a million days worth of lozenges

Greater than one weekI recently tested low for B-12. I use Jarrow products because they are what my cardiologist and PCP recommend. Their products are quality, and third party tested and researched. I do notice that I get headaches a bit more often after taking these, but I’m hoping that resolves after my body acclimates to the supplement. Overall, if you need B-12, go with the methyl formulation and avoid the Cyanocobalamin (which is what many big box store B-12 variants are, especially in mainstream multivitamins). This is the “good stuff” at a price lower than most the rest.

> 3 dayAfter finding out about different Gene mutations I decided to delve deeper into vitamin therapy and what my mixed up body needs. Switching from a standard multi to specialized single vitamins did the trick! Adding methyl to B vitamins is absolutely the way I needed to go, it did take about 10days to feel the greatest effect but it was definitely worth the wait. No side effects or belly upset, and this brand is priced great for the quality

> 3 dayIm not a fan of supplements because they arent regulated, but as a vegetarian (who is mostly vegan), my doc tested my B12 and I was very low. As much as I like nutritional yeast, I didnt want to put it on everything I eat, so I had to supplement. I liked the idea of a methyl variation (rather than cyanocobalamin), so I gave it a shot. Ive been taking these almost daily (Im not religious about it) for the past 5 years. After one year of semi-regular use my B12 was in the very low side of normal range, up from a severe deficiency, and for the past handful of years my B12 is in the middle-ish of the normal range. So, it does seem to be doing what it says it does.
