> 3 dayThis supplement is high quality. This particular formulation is highly absorbable. However, unless you have a metabolic Vitamin B 12 deficiency you will only need one tablet per week. For vegetarians/ vegans cut the tablet in 4 and take a quarter on alternate days. Nice taste.

> 3 dayMy doctor told me to start taking b12 because it was low and I decided to try this one. It’s affordable and tastes good and it works! My b12 in November 2020 was 246 and it went up to 559 in January 2021 while I was taking these pills

> 3 dayIts a good product. If you think you are going to take this and be running a marathon suddenly, not quite like that. It does work, but its mild. It just gives you a little energy boost, very subtle, you realize you have more energy or are more awake then you would be otherwise. Always check as b12 in thisbformbisbsafe and beneficial to the body but most b12 supplements uses the cheaper forms that sound like cyanide for a reason:)

> 3 dayWas diagnosed with B12 deficiency due to taking Metformin. I was tired all the time and feeling poorly. My endocrinologist recommended B12 vitamins. These do the job and I have been feeling great. My blood test shows my B12 problem is gone. Very pleased with this product. Thanks.

Greater than one weekI have much I could say about Jarrow Methyl B 12. I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis for 45 of my 50 years, Recently I was diagnosed with severe anemia and B 12 deficiency. My symptoms ranged from horrible nightly Neuralgia pain, balance problems, speech problems, anxiety. After just 3 months taking 9,000 mcgs a day the Neuralgia pain is gone, my balance is so much better as is my speech. America needs to learn the difference between the main types if B 12 - Methyl the right kind and Cyanocobalum the wrong kind which is what is sold the most. I experienced a distinct difference as I took both. I will always choose Methyl B 12 in the future.

Beautifully Imperfect!
> 3 dayI think a higher dosage might be more noticeable for me, but that said, this gives me a pretty decent boost in energy, at best. Easy to chew, and the flavor is ok. Some days, I have issues with energy, so this is helpful to me, when those days come and go. No noticeable side-effects. Once I run out, Ill look into a slightly higher dosage, to hopefully see more effects. Otherwise, a pretty solid product.

> 3 dayWhether you have an MTHFR mutation or not, you are better off taking the methylcobalamin version of B12 than the more common cyanocobalamin variety offered in most Bcomplexes and multivitamins. This formulation dissolves in the mouth and can also be chewed if you get impatient! It has a mild flavor (different varieties) that is at worst, unoffensive and at best, tasty. Great for children and adults. A necessary co-factor for folate, particularly l-methylfolate (required for MTHFR folks). Jarrow is a reputable company and Amazon offers it at a great price.

> 3 dayWhen I initially read the word Lozenge what immediately came to my mind was a cough drop/hard candy form. It really is just like a chewable pill, pressed powdered and *slighty* chalky. Not really bursting with lemon flavor but not bad. Would recommend if you are lacking in energy or for just overall wellness. If your looking for something that doesnt take a long time to dissolve I would suggest looking at the liquid sprays, but if you dont mind savoring the flavor these lozenges will do the trick!
