> 3 dayI have both ADHD and anxiety. Yikes! Ive known for a long time that B vitamins have a positive impact on anxiety, but it just never really worked that well for me personally. I generally manage my anxiety with meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, and the occasional Xanax. But then I read an article about natural treatments for anxiety - I wish I could find it now - and it included mention of Methylcobalamin and Folinic Acid as options to improve brain function and help with anxiety and ADHD. Hm. Worth a try. So I ordered both on Amazon (this is the folinic acid I bought:

> 3 dayIf youre going to take B-12 you should think about the form you take. The methyl B12 is the natural form of B12 and it doesnt need to be converted by the liver, whereas if you take the other form and it has to be converted it might not be as effective or might not work at all. Also, methyl-B12 should be in a sublingual form, as this is in order to work best. Jarrow Methyl-B12 1000 mcg sublingual lozenges has everything one would want in a B-12. I buy this one for my kids and hubby, while I take 5000 mcg. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayB12 supplements really work. More than doubled my B12 level, and energy level is great all day. Only negative to this brand is that its described as a lozenge. Lozenges dissolve. This doesnt dissolve--it would take 30 minutes for this to dissolve. Chewable is a better description. But it still works.

> 3 dayI found the pills very hard to chew. I grind them up so I dont really taste them. Because of the sickness going around the world I cant go to my Dr for a B 12 shot so I have been using these instead.

> 3 dayI was not able to taste foods for months. And hot (spicy) foods were painful to eat, as well as very cold foods. No doctor knew (or cared) what to do for me. I was researching vitamin deficiencies one evening, and ran into the Jarrow B-12s. Read that a deficiency in B-12 could mess with tasting food. So, I gave the B-12s a try. In only a few weeks, taking 3 a day, my sense of taste returned, and pain when eating hot, spicy and cold foods subsided. I now take Jarrow regularly.

> 3 dayWe havent been taking these for very long, about a week and a half. Thats kind of the beauty of it, I can already tell a difference. We took extra of these on our road trip along with our regular vitamins to help keep our energy up. They worked great! This brand was recommended to me by my best friend who is an avid supplement user and researcher. They were recommended to her by her regular doc and also by her brother who is a doc. The price point is spectacular which is the icing on the cake. I have taken other B-12 supplements in the past but none have had such a fast response. I plan to keep re-buying these and I would recommend them.

> 3 dayIve experimented with several forms of Vitamin B12 and have found this one to be, BY FAR, the most effective B12 supplement Ive used. Ive used this in conjunction with folinic acid and Jarrows PQQ to improve my brain fog symptoms, and have found them to be VERY effective. No doubt, this is largely thanks to this B12, which is perhaps the highest quality of Vitamin B12 available (Methylcobalamin). Do not settle for less with your supplements; Ive tried cheaper products before and have been greatly disappointed. This one is highly bioavailable; stay away from cyanocobalamin and several others. Jarrows continually pleases me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

> 3 day1000 mg made me jittery after a few days. I cut it d own to once every 3 days and now I can tolerate it. I can tell you this works and it works WELL. My MD told me to only buy Jarrow Methyl B-12, I dont know why. But it works very fast and will zing you out, so watch for it and reduce dose if needed.

> 3 dayThese contain xylitol and I dont want this or other artificial sweeteners in any of my supplements. (sigh) Many people, especially those who are dealing with illness simply cannot tolerate all these artificial ingredients (reactions, etc.) I know I speak for so many with illnesses who are desperate for a pure vitamin without artificial sweeteners or artificial ingredients or the natural things like food grade rubber, wood, citric acid from black mold or GMO corn, etc. and the list goes on, included in it. Why not carry a line thats free of xylitol, etc. Many cannot absorb B12 and have to supplement. Its a shame because Methyl B12 is the preferred and natural form but due to the xylitol, citric acid, etc. added I wont be buying anymore. I dont need or want a vitamin that tastes like candy, I just want the healthiest, safest form of vitamin. So another bottle to throw away, but use caution: Xylitol is very dangerous for dogs, its in chewing gum, mints etc. so I wouldnt want to leave it out anywhere a pet could have access to it. A few pieces of xylitol in gum can kill a dog and that also depends on how much is in it etc. We all need to let these companies know they are doing a good job when they make a pure form of a supplement, but why not carry a line for people who are concerned, informed, people looking for purity in supplements, autoimmune disease, undiagnosed illness, digestive issues, allergies, etc about the extra added ingredients and offer us a line without all the artificial ingredients please. Thank you.
