Update: Tried now for weeks to work out the deformed areas caused from the mat being rolled up during shipping, with no luck. I never did get contacted back from the shipper. I would really like the mat if it would lay down flat, but its just not going to happen. Havent even used it, and probably never will. Original Review. This mat was shipped rolled up pretty tightly, and it was properly deformed when it arrived. Ive tried everything to fix the deformities, but nothing seems to work. Overall the quality is good, but because the shipping was so bad, Ill consider returning it. I tried looking for a way to rate just the shipping and not the product...but I couldnt find that option on the order for some reason. Bad shipping can be a waste of a good product and thus waste of everyones time/money.

This is great for my hobby table. I solder, take things apart, etc. I have little screws, springs, etc. that I dont want rolling away while I have it apart. This holds little screws and keeps things from rolling off. Ive been dripping solder on it and it clearly doesnt care.
