> 3 dayI bought this so I could have a quick potty chair ready for my son who was learning to potty train. This seat has proven itself indispensable. It has worked amazing in the back of our Tahoe and mini-van for when those urgent needs arise and there is no bathroom in sight. The little bags that you use hold a lot of liquid and waste. My son is 4 years old and is 44 in. tall and weighs 36 lbs and he still uses it as a free-standing potty chair if needed when were on long road trips. We mostly use it now as a toilet ring to put on a standard toilet when using public restrooms or at someones house, as my son still doesnt like the size of the standard toilet opening. We just keep it folded up in the bag in which it came and carry it in his backpack. I absolutely love this thing and will be using it for my daughter as well. (I can also speak from experience that it does hold the weight of a 56, 130 lb woman...with absolutely no issues. It has been a life-saver!!!)

> 3 dayMy wife bought this to take with us on our trip to Maui since we would be doing lots of beach, hiking and road trips. This is a life changer, our 2-1/2 year daughter who is potty trained made a good use of it. Didnt have to stop and use the bathroom at any store. I must say you have to order the bags separately because it doesnt come with it. Our trip was so smooth thanks to this potty travel toilet

> 3 dayMy daughter is on the petite side and she will not go potty on a public potty because she feels like she is going to fall in. However, she has no trouble going when we use the Potette Plus! We have taken it with us on every outing and on visits to the grandparents houses! We havent used it as a stand-alone but its been amazing helping her go on big potties away from home! Highly recommend it!! EDIT: We have been using this thing for nearly six months now and it has not once failed to fit a potty that weve put it on. And today was the first time I have had to use it as a stand-alone when the park restrooms were locked (UGH!!) and I had to rush to get it set up in the trunk of the SUV. It took me all of 20 seconds to set it up with some plastic grocery bags into a stand-alone potty and get my daughter on it. Thankful for the option that this can work with a toilet or without. Cant say enough good things about this!!

> 3 dayWhat a great portable potty! We are still in the process of potty training and this is an invaluable tool! I love how it can easily transport (even comes with a bag to carry it in) and how the potty bags have an absorbent bottom to them. Makes for easier clean up on the go! The potty legs also flatten out do you are able to place it on a toilet if you are out (I also love to use the disposable potty shields ... Sold seperately) The cons: Only comes with a few disposable bags (more are available for purchase) and it is a little short for my tall trainee. Other than that, awesome product and I highly recommend!

> 3 dayOther moms recommended this seat to me and Im forever grateful that they did. This little seat has saved us time and again. It has travelled through England and Wales. Attended festivals, fireworks, and parties. Done its duty at the beach, in the car, on the plane, in public restrooms, in private restrooms, at the pool, at the playground, at the Botanical Gardens... you name it. The ease with which you can use it either as a stand alone potty or as a toddler seat on regular toilets is great. There have been countless times that we have had to use it pronto and pulled it out/set it up/packed it back up and got back rolling in record time. Our son is 3 years old and big for his age (42 lbs & 41 inches tall). It is a short little seat but he has no problems with it. He fits fine and it holds his weight easily. I wouldnt use it as his at home option because it wasnt built for that kind of use and it isnt as comfortable as the Bjorn, for instance, but it is great when we are on the go. He knows he has to hold himself down to avoid spills so we are not bothered by the fact that there is not a big cover for little boys. Our biggest challenge with the seat? We have tried using plastic grocery bags with outgrown extra diapers used as the absorbent instead of the Potette liners - we wont be doing that anymore. If you miss seeing the hole in the bag then everything leaks. We found out the hard way several times now so we are going back to the Potette liners. Otherwise it works like a charm. It is small enough that it fits in a backpack/diaper bag/large purse. Im the mom that magically pulls the potty out of her purse at soccer in the public park when one of the kiddos needs to go right now, the public toilet is too far and people frown on just going in the grass. (Although most of the moms now have this seat too. We are all packing Potettes. Haha.) It has truly helped our little guy with his potty training and helps me avoid all of the extra wash associated with all of the accidents that would have happened if we didnt have this little wonder. Tips: 1. Lock the legs in place when using it as a stand alone seat or it wont be sturdy. When locked in properly the seat is very solid/sturdy. 2. Set the seat up in the car before you go on long drives/trips. It helps to have it already set up before you pull over to have the little ones use the seat. 3. We see the Summer Infant Keep Me Clean Disposable Potty covers for public toilets. They definitely help with the ick factor by protecting both your child and the Potette from coming in contact with any part of the public seat. 4. It is small enough to keep with you... so just take it with you. Easy peasey. My family has always teased me for grabbing it when we go out but they always are grateful I have it is the end!

> 3 dayThis is so perfect. We go to the beaches all the time and there are no bathrooms and a child learning to potty cant hold it til we find a toilet somewhere. This works perfect. Small, easy, secure. I love that it also comforts to a toilet seat to put on an adult toilet seat in a public restroom. I use it most though for our beach trips. The liner you can buy for it works great but when I run out and havent ordered none regular grocery bags work just as well. ***edit. Oct. 5th, 2012 I had to order another one since we lost or had our stolen when we were getting some maintenance done on our car and it was in our car :( but soon as i realized it was missing I was online ordering another one because this is the best invention in the world especially for long trips, beach trips, or out anywhere that just doesnt have potties, especially for a little one that cant hold it like adult can, when my 2 year old says I have to potty she has to go and go NOW so its great to have in the car when there just isnt a store or gas station around for her to go potty at. I ordered 3 packs of refills with my original purchase and still have 2 full packs left LOVE LOVE THIS product and so does my daughter she has no problem going on it***

> 3 dayA small potty for kids, very easy to throw in a bag and take with you. My kids have been using it for 2 years now. it is small so just make sure your kids know to sit over the hole, we had one accident early on with a kid who sat too far back. I bought the reusuable liner for it and used it alot when the kids used it as a stand alone potty. Now they use it over the regular toilet. I would recommend for smaller kids (mine still use it at 5 and 7 but they are smaller framed). Great for traveling. helps kids not be afraid of the big toilet and they can hold on to the handles rather than put their hands on a dirty toilet seat.

> 3 dayI have a 2 and half year old girl and this potty has done wonders! I am a stay home mom of two toddlers! My daughter just started potty training 4 weeks ago. She is a little scared of the adult size toilets so I bought this to help her. Since I am a stay home mo I am always running errands and this has worked on every potty out there. I am a freak about germs and this potty allows your Toddler to place their hands on their own potty and not the toilet itself. I am excited about our road trip because if we are at a gas station and its really dirty, all I have to do is use the stand and she can go potty in the bag. You dont need their special bags, just bring small grocery bags with no holes! There is no wrong way to place this product on the toilet. It fits perfect into a diaper bag or a really big purse. Totally worth it. Kalencom 2-in-1 Potette Plus

> 3 dayI was looking for a portable potty that I could easily take with my when potty training my 2.5 year old daughter. A friend of mine had this potty (although the older version that doesnt sit on the toilet seat) and I thought it looked really handy. I searched the reviews online and they were mostly good so I bought it. It works really well for when you dont have quick access to a restroom as it turns into its own small potty, but also this version (the potette plus) has the additional feature that it can turn into a potty seat to put on the adult toilet too (the legs fold out to sit on top of the seat). I liked this feature especially as I planned to carry this around in my diaper bag to use when were out and we needed to use a a public restroom. It is a little large to fit inside my diaper bag, but it slides perfectly into an open side pocket so I carry it around that way. It has its own plastic carry pouch too, so that is a nice feature. For using it as its own travel potty, it has plastic bags with an absorbant pack in the bottom. They really do work well to soak up the pee so you arent carrying around a bag full of pee to the garbage. I havent used it this way as much as I was trying to save the bags for when they were really needed as they are more expensive, but a regular plastic bag could be used in a pinch. All in all I like the product very much and it is very convienent. I would buy it again.

> 3 dayThis is my best potty training purchase hands down. Any time we go for a walk, I throw it in the stroller and we are never scrambling to find a bathroom in time. Ive even used it in the car when I dont want to drag both my children into a public restroom. Pull over the car and let him potty right in the back. I bought extra liners since the potty only comes with a few. They absorb nicely and tie up and toss! Easy peasy! Not to mention the fact that my own potty is a hundred times cleaner than the facilities at a supermarket, restaurant or park. At the park I usually set it up behind the stroller, my son pees and is back to playing in seconds! One of the toughest things about potty training is that kids dont want to remove themselves from the fun to go use the bathroom and thats how accidents happen. Thanks to this potty we have been accident free everytime we leave the house.
