> 3 dayIf you are using this for incandescent bulbs, just know the lowest setting is about 75% brightness. Otherwise, everything about it is great.

> 3 dayI thought these were going to work with he SmartLife app, but ended up only being able to get them to work with the Kasa app, which means that now I have 2 apps I have to use to control the lights. This is not ideal. They otherwise work as expected.

> 3 dayI am using this to control a gutter heat cable. I’ve only had to use it once so far and it worked just fine using my phone to control it remotely. Much better than having to go outside and manually plug something in or turn something on. The plug cover broke off but that doesn’t affect functionality. Deducted one star for that though.

> 3 dayWith our electricity having recently increased 40% per kWh, I knew this season, I needed to run our pool on a timer rather than 24/7 given it drawing 16amps (@124VAC). Rather than having to go to the trouble and cost of wiring up an actual pool pump timed, I figured I’d just by a heavy duty extension cord, cut the end off to wire to the pump motor, and use this since I already have a ton of Kasa gear. It’s been working perfectly! This unit seems to have no issue handling the nearly 2000w load of the pool motor. The brief startup load is even higher which has not been a problem. The signal range is rather exceptional as well.

> 3 dayI just bought a house with a pool this winter. When I was opening the pool up for the first time, the pool guy recommended I get an electrician to come out and set up some thing to coordinate a schedule, or I will have to either remember to come out twice a day to turn my pool pump on/off or have it running 24/7. Hiring an electrician to set up some new system = $$$ Buying this thingamajig = like $15 SUPER EASY to set up. I set up a schedule on my phone and forgot about it. It does everything it needs to do. The outlet its plugged into is outdoors, and its been going strong with no issues for months. With this heatwave, I want to be perfectly sure my pool is clean and ready for swimming, so I can set up temporary schedules or manually turn it on or off from my phone within seconds, from anywhere. And since I typically dont have my phone with me by the pool, the button allows you to manually control it as well. I dont use Alexa often because the voice-command system kind of creeps me out still (I only ever use it if Im cooking, my hands are dirty, and I need to know like a measurement conversion or something), BUT I tried it out once just to see if it would work and it did. All I can say about that. Im thinking of buying more for outdoor lights.

> 3 dayJust put 36 Enbrighten café lights on my patio because they are commercial-grade for outside and have a lifetime warranty. However, they are too bright and I had no idea they were marked as non-dimmable. I got this plug in hope it would make some difference and it does!! You have to set the calibrator on the very lowest and then set to 0% but now they are perfect! They are connected to a switch inside and when I turn off and on they stay at the same low level. Absolutely saved me from having my neighbors complain!! Thank you!
