> 3 daySpent 40 minutes trying to get the plug connected via the Kasa iOS app. No luck. Was about ready to return the thing. Finally tried setup via my Fire HD with the Kasa Android app and it finally worked first try. Plug works as intended now. It has an audible click when turning on and off. The click is much louder than my Wyze plugs. It works, but I probably won’t be buying anymore of these. I prefer the wyze plugs, but needed this one specifically for an Octoprint plugin to turn the printer off after the print job finishes.

> 3 dayThis is my first smart plug from this particular manufacturer. Two issues - 1: you need to be on 2.4Ghz and not 5Ghz. Found that information online, but not in the app. 2: While setting up the plug in the app, it said I needed to be connected to MY Wi-Fi, which I was. Actually, at that point, I needed to connect to the plugs Wi-Fi signal. That part wasted a ticket to their help desk. Speaking of which, I give a big two thumbs up to their help desk. They responded quickly and gave me a link to instructions that explained it much better than what was in the app. Except for that one little setup glitch, it seems to work well, and I quickly linked to Alexa and tested it several times. I think it will work well for my application.

> 3 dayIt integrated with Google perfectly, although I did have to download the TP-Link app as well. The unit does not take up much space so I can use the outlet below with no issue. Its always worked perfectly from the widget on my phone unlike some other smart devices I have.

03-04-2025i like the easiness of turning on/ off a device using this Smart Plug. Have to follow thru the sequence on the two Apps. I now have purchased 4 Mini Plugs which had not intended to do but since with an Alexa command, it is so technical to make life better. I recommend this Seller and their Smart Plugs.

28-03-2025I have purchased a few of these because they are so easy to set up and use! I use them with Google and the plug paired simply and successfully with no trouble. I loved being able to turn my Christmas tree on and off by using this plug! Also great for lamps, fans, or whatever else! Great value for money, highly reliable, and super simple to set up!

> 3 dayAs my home gets smarter I am glad that I got smarter and now purchase only devices that are very smart! No need for a hub to attach to the system. It works excellentlly with Alexa. All my plugs are easily listed in the app which controls them all. Naming them was simple as was getting everything connected. Ive been pleased with the Wyze family and I find their stuff works!

> 3 dayWe have 7 of the KASA Smart HS103 WiFi outlets and all are in use. They are high quality, high tech devices that make setting up your home so very simple and easy. You are able to manage from your phone or Alexa any device that is accepted to work with the outlet. Programming is simple and allows easy and complete control of all the outlets. Buy it and prove me wrong:)

> 3 dayI mostly use these so my living room lamps and over cabinet lighting are on a timer. They come on in the afternoon, and turn off around the time we go to bed. The over cabinet lights are on all night to give the kitchen a subtle glow. The app is also nice. Ive used other products with buggy apps, but this is easy to use and doesnt have the bugs that the other apps have. Its reliable.

> 3 dayI got this for my daughters 5 gallon aquarium in order to turn on and off the light. It was really easy to set up through their app and so far (about 1 month later) works perfectly. I would definitely recommend it to all the people as you dont need to be an expert to set it up.

28-03-2025Im using my Kasa Smart Plug to run my low voltage outdoor landscape lights (transformer in the garage) and one indoor light in my living room. The low voltage transformer has a built-in timer, but its easier to just leave it on and adjust the times via app and my iPhone. Same for the indoor light - it used to be controlled by my home security system, but its easier to adjust via the app.
