> 3 dayThese are the first ever smart plugs I’ve tried, mainly to turn my lamps into “smart lamps”. While they work flawlessly there is one thing to note that whenever I turn on my lights using the app or by asking Google, there’s this ticking noise that can be improved. Also, I got two of these, both work but the second one seems to have some connectivity issues and sometimes it won’t turn on when I ask Google or use the app.

> 3 dayI love these and have installed indoors and on a porch outdoors. Use them for all occasions but it is great to have all the Christmas lights go on at the same time with no plugs and or switches. Just rescheduled everything for daylight savings, which took less than 30 seconds for 8 devices. (this rating was copied from another Kasa product I purchased).

> 3 dayi like the easiness of turning on/ off a device using this Smart Plug. Have to follow thru the sequence on the two Apps. I now have purchased 4 Mini Plugs which had not intended to do but since with an Alexa command, it is so technical to make life better. I recommend this Seller and their Smart Plugs.

> 3 dayI only gave it 4 stars because it’s a very lengthy process to install but once installed; It works great.

Greater than one weekI have 3 other smart plugs which I purchased on Amazon which are working fine. I purchased 2 other smart plugs on Amazon , and I cannot connect either one. The customer support on T-Link is not helpful and difficult to connect with my particular issue. I have no other option than to return the last 2 smart plugs. Please provide customer support for items sold on Amazon if you wish to increase your smart plug sales.

> 3 dayIve purchased 5 of these plugs now and have them placed all over my house. They are very easy to setup with the Kasa app, which walks you through the quick process very clearly. Ive had them for a couple of months now and have had no issues with them, even after a couple of power outages and a new router/wi-fi network (you will have to reconfigure the plugs if you change your network). Ive also purchased their two-outlet plug. One thing I wish TP-Link had is a single-outlet plug that runs sideways when plugged in. When connecting a wire to the plug, it sticks out further from the wall, which can sometimes be an issue if youre trying to put the plug in a tight space, like behind furniture. A sideways option (similar to their two-outlet plug design) would be great.

> 3 dayI am so happy with these plugs. If you download the Kasa app and follow the directions they are seamless and easy to initiate and use with Alexa. Yea for easy to connect and use. Earlier turned in a bad review for these plugs. And I apologize. It was because I was using the app for the plugs I was replacing, not noticing that these are Kasa’s. Kasa’s are super easy and reliable.

> 3 dayThese are great! On arrival, I take the time to initialize and label each plug and put them back in the box. I know they all work as intended and I don’t have to revisit the process every time I deploy one.

> 3 dayThe product works well but not for my needs. I wanted to use it to power up my stereo but theres no way to keep my unit from defaulting back to thinner after power goes off. It would be great with a lamp.
