Greater than one weekI used it for the bedroom lamp, pair with the google home, first pairing by kasa app then link the kasa account under google home. It still works well until now after about 3 months, I have move the location and that time and just need to reset it and do the same things, no issue. I also love the design, i look cool, no take over another plugin slot

Greater than one weekI have about 10 smart outlets installed around the house. Half are the earlier versions of these that are big and bulky and cover the entire outlet and the other half are this small, sleek version. I love em. I cant think of a single time Ive had a problem with them. They just work. No resetting necessary. I set schedules for them and/or use them with Alexa and they work perfectly. No need for dang hub either. I get the purpose of the hub to help with network congestion but I havent had any issues with these. Buy them. Do it.

> 3 dayThis smart plug is amazing! I use it for my water heater pump. I have setup several schedules and smart actions as well. Smart actions are very useful. I have it so that when I turn on the plug then my water pump starts running and shuts off automatically after 10 minutes. This time is enough to circulate hot water in all pipes. And when I go to bed I can say Good Night to Alexa and have the plug turn off. AmaIng little device!

> 3 dayGreat product! In my situation it’s hard to reach where I have my night lights plugged in. This smart plug makes it super easy to turn on the lights at dusk without struggling to reach the outlet. I did not connect to Alexa nor did I need tech support so I have no comment on that. The installation steps were easy to follow but just a little frustrating waiting for it to connect. I had to retry several times.

31-03-2025The Kasa items that I have are great, this item is too...but...with the outlet on the front of the device it can make it awkward to use behind a piece of furniture. I wish it had the plug on the side. BUT it is a great, easy to use item IF the application is right.

Greater than one weekThe product works well but not for my needs. I wanted to use it to power up my stereo but theres no way to keep my unit from defaulting back to thinner after power goes off. It would be great with a lamp.

> 3 dayIve tried at least a half dozen brands of these type devices, including in-wall switches. Its time to standardize to make it easier to deal with so I chose TPLink. The app works great and the devices work quickly with the Alexa integration. Im giving away all the other brands Ive tried- one app, properly working stuff is all I want now. Its rare that one loses connection, but if they do- it seems they are back online quickly. Ive even decided to go with the whole TPLink ecosystem of cameras and in-wall dimmers. If youre unsure which brand to go with, Ive been into home automation since we used to have to write our own scripts for X10 protocol... theres not much out there I havent tried. TPLink is consumer grade and low priced, but it performs really well. In my case, Ive even used a spare older router just to connect to the 38 automation devices separately from the regular internet devices... Im really happy with the performance and prices.

> 3 dayI mostly use these so my living room lamps and over cabinet lighting are on a timer. They come on in the afternoon, and turn off around the time we go to bed. The over cabinet lights are on all night to give the kitchen a subtle glow. The app is also nice. Ive used other products with buggy apps, but this is easy to use and doesnt have the bugs that the other apps have. Its reliable.

> 3 dayAs my home gets smarter I am glad that I got smarter and now purchase only devices that are very smart! No need for a hub to attach to the system. It works excellentlly with Alexa. All my plugs are easily listed in the app which controls them all. Naming them was simple as was getting everything connected. Ive been pleased with the Wyze family and I find their stuff works!

> 3 dayTP-Link makes some great products for your smart home. Would be 5 stars, but two things made me give it 4. It’s slightly too wide even though it’s a “mini”, and every once in a while it disconnects from WiFi. It’s possible it could be my internet...but I doubt it because others of the same plug still work when one doesn’t. Still a quality product with a good app.
