> 3 dayHow do you not give a kester product anything less than 5 stars? I recently purchased a JBC solder station and knew I didnt want my expensive tips being disgraced by a lesser product. Ive been very happy with the nice joints I get with the iron and this great solder.

> 3 dayI purchased this because of some reviews I read. And I am glad I did, this solder works like a dream and will be the only solder I purchase to put into my tool box. It has a flux core center which makes it a breeze to work with.

> 3 dayHave tried a lot of solder over the past 36 year career as a professional electronic technician. As a general standard solder - not rohs, odd formulas - this is one of the BEST setting and easiest flowing solder on the market. * Known as a eutectic solder - melts lower than lead or tin by themselves - unlike 60/40 - doesnt boil the flux off so fast. * The 44 ra flux is aggressive on the joint and gets rid of the oxidation caused by heating the joint. This allows you to get on and off the joint quicker.

> 3 dayUse clean! No virtual welding, with rosin lubricant, very good! Really worthy of an excellent high strength pure solder wire, solder joint combustion point low, quite good! A stick,

> 3 dayMaybe my brain will fry, but I dont have good luck with lead free solder. 63/37 is at the lead-tin eutectic point and has the lowest melting point of good solders.

> 3 dayIve been using this solder for over thirty years. Industry standard. Wouldnt change for the world. In my eyes its simply the best solder for electronics.

> 3 dayIts Kester 44. What more needs to be said? Ive been using it for almost 50 years. I wonthe buy the Chinese stuff no matter how cheap it is, since the flux is iffy and who knows what it has in it besides tin and lead. Kester always works.
