Was using a separate headset and a strapped on battery-- it worked but was pretty klunky to get on and off. The Kiwi combo strap is an elegant solution to the problem. When I ordered the unit, I thought perhaps the headphones were hard plastic. No, the part that touches the ear is soft and cushiony! Highly recommended!

My 12 yr old uses for his V-R. He loves it. More comfortable and longer battery time.

I wish I would have purchased this head strap sooner! Its SO much more comfortable and the battery life is amazing! I dont have to have the headset squeezing my face anymore. It stays in place and it doesnt even put much pressure on my face at all. I can play two rounds of mini golf and its still comfortable. Our battery used to die after a round of mini-golf (with 4-5 people), but now, the battery on the headset is still at more than 50% and then you have the full battery on the headset. Well never run out of battery life. Me, my husband and our son purchased this head strap and we all love it!

1st device was delivered promptly but didnt work. I got online for customer service and received several helpful emails from them. We returned the 1st device and the new one arrived 2 days later and works perfectly! Customer service was great. My grandson says this is so much more comfortable than the strap that came with quest.

I purchased the headset for two reason. 1. To take some of the pressure off my forehead that I usually get after 30 mins of wearing it. With the new head gear I no longer have to worry about that yay! 2. Able to get more play time then before and so far I have got more then a hour and half so that a plus for me because I don’t really play that long so to be able to get a few hours every other day if a plus for me and still haven’t had to charger it so this was worth every single coin!

This is so much easier to put on and remove! And when switching between players it’s a breeze to adjust. The extra battery on it helps to distribute the weight from the front and it’s so ridiculously comfortable! The batter gives us an extra two hours of play approximately if we are not casting to another device to watch others play. It’s nice not to get a headache from wearing this. This company is awesome and love that they are making a awesome product to go with oculus that doesn’t cost you and arm, leg and kidney. Lol. Will be buying more from them for my oculus!!!

Kiwi products are AMAZING for VR accessories. Although I was initially skeptical, I decided to take the dive from the original Meta battery extension because these had earphones. The head strap on this is way more comfortable and the earphones are SUPER comfortable. If I had to nit-pick anything on these, it would be this: as long as the cable from the battery pack is connected to the headset, it keeps sending charge (whether the headset is on or off) so the headset ALWAYS show to be charging when not in use as long as the cable is connected, and even if fully charged. Also: wished the volume would go a lot louder, just a personal preference.

Much better than the head bands. Easy to use and provides a much better fit even with rapid head movements. The battery pack makes it worth the price, adds hours of extra play time.

It made a massive difference, now its really comfortable to play vr for hours, and the extra battery life makes it so that I dont have to worry about running out of charge while playing.

I only got it a couple weeks ago, so I cant comment on its durability, but it feels well designed. Very comfortable, allows for multi hour sessions without any discomfort from pressure points like the regular strap. Good balance with the battery on the back. The increased battery life seems to at least 2x if not 2.5x or 3x what youd have without it. I have a hard case that was designed to accommodate the quest 2 with the meta elite strap. The Kiwi strap is a bit of a tight fit, but the case does close on it and seems to do so safely.
