> 3 dayI got the Quest 2 to play golfing simulators after finally breaking down and getting a nice tethered VR headset for my main setup. The Quest 2 was basically unusable for my purpose with the stock headstrap. Constantly looking down then looking to the hole, it did not hold the headset in place well enough. Even minor movement between those motions is very distracting and with the small sweet spot on the Quest 2 it was straining on the eyes to move out of focus so often. Replaced with this and now its comparable if not better fit than my MUCH more expensive tethered headset. Weight distribution is solid. I can now look around the course without the headset moving. It also allows me and my wife to swap the headset and fit with a couple turns of the knob like other elite headstraps. The leather or PU they use is very soft and has a great feel. I havent depleted the battery reserve yet, its been back on the charger prior so no complaints there. It converted the Quest 2 from a toy with some neat features to a fully usable device for my golf sim! Cant recommend enough, especially compared to Metas twice as expensive option.

> 3 dayThe counter balancing aspect to this makes it a worthy upgrade. Rather than feeling like you have a heavy device in front of your face, it evens it out. However, it puts added weight overall, and is more restrictive to move your head around. For example, looking up makes the rear strap and pad hit against your neck, reducing motion. I have to tilt my back a bit to see all the way up. I have a long skinny neck, so it would be worse for other body types. I also noticed that pressure on my cheeks increased. So much that I had to stop using it. I loosened the strap, but it made the vr wobbly. That means another needed upgrade for the face pad! The twist adjuster feels nice and sturdy. Overall it is better than the default strap, but there are unfortunate drawbacks to consider. Maybe not worth the price for casual VR users. Lastly, I used the vr for about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I still feel the pressure points around my face and head.

> 3 dayAll three of my boys love this thing so much! It does take a bit to charge the battery but it definitely extends their playtime which is quite valuable for kids taking turns. The comfort however is unparalleled. It’s very soft & padded. The adjustability is AMAZING! My 6 year old had the most trouble adjusting the original strap that comes with the Occulus but this one has a knob on the back that makes it so easy for him to switch it back to his size after his brothers have played. The only downside to me is there isn’t a new pad for the front which I’d like to get in a similar style.

> 3 dayI really like this headset, it is comfortable and very adjustable. The battery helps balance the Quest and doubles play time. I did have an issue that turned out to be my fault. I had to exchange the first one I got for a replacement but when the second one arrived I was having the same problem. I also bought a charging stand for the headset and the controllers. This stand came with a USB C magnetic connector and a USB A to magnetic adaptor for easy connection and disconnection from the charger. I plugged it into the Kiwis battery while it was on the charging stand. The problem was that when I disconnected the charged cable from the Kiwis battery and left the magnetic adaptor in the USB C slot the Kiwis battery wouldnt send power to the headset. Once I figured out the problem and removed the charge adaptor from the battery everything works fine. Just an FYI for anyone who has this same setup.

> 3 day1st device was delivered promptly but didnt work. I got online for customer service and received several helpful emails from them. We returned the 1st device and the new one arrived 2 days later and works perfectly! Customer service was great. My grandson says this is so much more comfortable than the strap that came with quest.

> 3 dayUnit is nicely finished, balance is all good. The battery is not supplying any power at all. Its fully charged, but no voltage at the USB charging plug. The plug also fits so loosely in the quest 2 that it falls out easily. I tried charging other devices like phones with same result. Any of my other USB C chargers work fine on the quest 2 and their plugs fit the quest snugly, so I am confident that the battery headset is the issue. Will return for an exchange and update review later. Update February 6: Received replacement unit over the weekend. Works properly and Im enjoying using it with no more issues on the charging end. USB plug fits normality (wont come loose during use). Revised rating to well earned 5 stars).

> 3 dayI’ve had like 4 different straps in a year and a half. This is by far the best and I think I’ll stick with this one. I do a lot of the exercise games and boxing and it does not budge! Very comfortable and fits well. Would highly recommend for those using it for exercise or games using a lot of movement

> 3 dayIt balances the weight and makes active gameplay much easier. If you play beat saber or any sort of workout game you need this. It makes gameplay enjoyable and comfortable. No more fiddling with the headset during play, no more headaches from odd pressure points, and it makes sharing so much easier. Worth every penny.
