> 3 dayI probably wouldnt have given it such a low mark except I went to the Klein website and dialed their 800 number...which immediately transferred me to a car warranty queue. Not sure why but the device failed to power on correctly and the display was stuck at a flashing Voltage, Fail, and PoE message. Did not respond to any key presses, did not respond when I connected a CAT 5e cable, no change when I tried a different battery.

> 3 dayLike another person has said, the battery compartment is too small to fit the battery and screw in the cap. I am surprised this is a customer facing mistake. I am going to try and return the unit I received for another one and see if its any better.
