Klock Werks Flare for 2014-2023 FLH (8.5 Dark Smoke)

I’m 6’ tall and ride a 22 street glide. The stock windshield draft hit me right at eye level. After installing this, I can see fine even without glasses and hear my music way better. Solid purchase. I do slouch a bit so if you’re taller than 6’ you might want a size taller.

Very Fast shipping. Received item 3 days from when it was ordered. Item came very safely packed also. Took longer to unpack than it did to install. Installation is as simple as removing 3 bolts, pulling old windshield out, put new one in, and replacing the 3 bolts. Immediately took it on a test run and could not believe the difference it made from the stock windshield. Amazon also had the cheapest price I found anywhere for this windshield. Very happy with purchase and I highly recommend it!

Perfect fit and Finnish. Im 63 and I can see over it easily and it cut down wind buffering dramatically over the stock windshield.

Perfect fit

I ordered a 6.5” to replace the stock windshield on my 18 FLHXS. I’m just about 6’. I always seem to get hit right in the eyes on stock bikes. Windshield arrived quick and really packaged well. Took me longer to unpack it than it did to install it. At 1st I thought it looked a bit tall. I got my tape out and woah... I was shocked that the measurement from the center hole to the top of the shield was 8.5”. I thought this has to be a mistake and they sent me a 8.5” by mistake. So I did some research and triple checked the box (which said 6.5” on it). It turns out they are measuring the 6.5” from the top of the dash to the top of the shield. Why they just don’t measure the actual shield makes zero sense to me. If you look at their website it’s showing 7” straight up with a tape measure, and etc. Go check it out you’ll see what I mean. Makes zero sense. Anyways sitting on the bike in the garage I still wasn’t sure. ..but bottom line... once I took it out for a ride I was extremely happy with it. Turns out it’s probably (close to) the perfect height. They could maybe have trimmed off 1/2”-1” and “I might” have liked it better, but as is... it’s great! Even made the bike handle better, and it was really windy when I took it out. Also noticed I could hear the tunes better too.

It just cane be any better. Bought it for a friends bike because he liked mine. Hes extremely happy.

Works better than advertised

Windshield arrived well packaged, wrapped in foam in a klockwerks box which was inside an Amazon box. Looks decent on the bike, but performs beautifully. Im 59 on the stock seat and bought the 6.5 windshield. Took it up to triple digits with regular sunglasses on, felt no buffeting and could hear the radio clearly. I did notice that if you close the fairing vent youll get some buffeting. One of the best additions to my bike so far.

Works great and was easy to install! Really helps cut down on the wind without obstructing the view.
