> 3 dayHappy with purchase. Ordered and received same day. Did not include the stand, however, if you email KYY directly requesting the stand (so that it can be mounted landscape vs portrait), they will send it out free of charge. Customer service is quick to respond and received the stand in a day or two via FedEx Ground. The stand could be slightly taller to accommodate cabling a bit better or possibly an adjustable height stand. Not a deal breaker though. Good color and refresh times. All cabling included to setup with virtually any configuration. Especially like the USB C Thunderbolt setup as it is less cabling.

> 3 dayLike everyone else who works remotely at times, I end up with countless windows open and find it difficult to do my work on one small 14 laptop screen (not to mention aging and my eyes). I got this because I was traveling and didnt want to take the whole week for vacation. I got EXACTLY what I wanted out of this product. Let me cover the good and the things you should know. All the cords you need to hook this monitor up come with it. I would love to connect it to my computer via USB4 port, but my I use my USB4 port to charge my computer when I travel because the charger is so light and small. So I fell back on the HDMI cord. Came in the package. Boom! Power supply was also included. I connected mine to my computers USB 3.0 port and ran the USB-C cable into the monitor. Power on! Lots bad has been said about the case. I found it very functional. It may not have your ideal viewing angle, but it worked fine for me using the case. It wouldnt fail to capsize in the event of a 7.0 earthquake, but it worked fine in my week-long use. So what do I not like? Well, the monitor is not a high-end one with mind-numbing resolution and clarity. Its good. Plenty good for work on websites, documents, spreadsheets and the like, but if I were a traveling videographer or photographer, Id want something more high end. For me? Worked fine. So for the price I paid, I cant be more satisfied. Sure, Id love one that was larger, but this one fits in my laptop bag no problem. Id love one with a built-in battery so I wouldnt have to plug in the bulky HDMI cord. Id love a better case/stand. But really, this is a solid device, and if you shop for bargains, youre going to have to accept some compromises. With that in mind, I can wholeheartedly recommend this monitor to anyone needing some visual real estate for work, especially while traveling. Its thin, light, functional and it wont break the bank. Thats a lot of winning for such a small screen.

> 3 dayI purchased this as an add-on display to use with my Steam Deck for when I have some downtime in a hotel while on a trip and I want to play games on a bigger, but still portable display. I owned the device for just under two months and with only light usage it eventually just refused to power on. I have requested a refund on that ground, since the product appears defective. My overall experience with using the device while it was working was mixed. When it worked, it worked as I would expect. The picture was fine and it handled 1080p just fine and was responsive. Getting it connected over the HDMI connection proved to be a trial and error process when using the Steam Decks dock. The instructions indicated that I had to connect everything up with it all being powered off, and so doing that seemed to have a higher success rate of working. Some of that compatibility might be on Valves end, but I also had trouble connective it to other devices via USB-C. I also found it annoying that the on-screen controls refused to function without any working input source, so there was no real troubleshooting I could do until the device was working, which, by that time was unnecessary. While my unit might be defective, I was not overly impressed with the user experience of this device. I think I might try another brand and see if I have better luck.

> 3 dayI’ve purchased and used a number or portable monitors. I primarily use mine for business. This monitor is a good choice and an excellent value. First impressions were based on the packaging. Very well package with every component sealed. The box includes everything needed to get connected and running. My laptop has a fully functional UCB-C. When connected, the PC recognized the monitor and the monitor display immediately came up. No external power was needed. If using the mini HDMI connection, you will need to connect the included power source to one of the two USB-C ports on the monitor. The monitor has a very nice and slim profile. The screen displayed pictures and text very well. The colors were good however, they appear muted when compared to a higher end 4K OLED screen. The screen is bright enough to work efficiently in a lit room and the screen appears to brighten further when the power supply is used as opposed to only using the USB-C power from the PC. The onboard speakers are functional but as is the case with any of these portable monitors, you will find them lacking as the primary sound media output. The included magnetic cover functions as a stand with two viewing positions and does a good job protecting the screen when stored. In addition to my PC, i was able to connect an android device with no issue. An iPhone requires a special adapter however, an iPad Pro will function with only the USB-C cable. Overall, this is a very good portable monitor and will serve you well without breaking the bank.

Greater than one weekI got this 5 weeks ago, and for the first 5 weeks, it’s worked perfectly. Now, however, all it does is show the initial page, and then the screen goes black, except when it flashes white every second. I’m 9 days past the return period, and cannot get a refund on this. Buyer beware—maybe you want to do some more research before purchasing a portable monitor.

> 3 dayI have tried several monitors including one 4K touch monitor. This one is a great monitor for a very reasonable price. One issue I have faced - either from KYY OR from Amazon fulfillment - I ordered a black monitor but received a grey one. I ordered it again and received another grey instead of a black. This is however a fulfillment issue, so I cannot penalize the KYY team OR the monitor for it. I highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for one.

Greater than one weekThis screen was a godsend I needed something to extend my Laptop screen so I can view my spreadsheets side by side. I will say that this screen is wired and that is what I wanted so do not buy if you are looking for a Bluetooth screen. Thank you for an enjoyable product.

> 3 dayI received my first order on time but the screen was cracked, I was able to get an automatic refund and RE-ordered the same product and got my new dual screen the next day. Wasn’t a stressful process. Screen: This dual screen is large, easy to install, picture quality is amazing and super thin in design. It’s exactly what I needed for traveling and needing more that one screen. I do recommend getting a tempered screen protector because the screen feels like it can easily crack. Overall 4.6 out of 5 stars cause it’s not touchscreen, but it does exactly what’s it’s supposed too.

> 3 dayThis screen doesn’t have the best picture quality, especially noticeable sitting next to my M1 Air, but it is very functional as a second screen. Being USBC powered is very convenient. With the cover folded over it’s thin and the computer and monitor together fit in the laptop pouch of my backpack.
