Ive only used it for a few hours, but Ive used it with several devices and it doesnt run hot at all. When I hook it up to power and an android device with the full function usb-C cable it even charges the android device. I was able to take it out and plug it in and just worked, clean and simple. Small, lightweight, good quality picture for its size, and good color.

I do data analytics so high graphics isnt important. I just need extra screens for all the information. Got them new on special for Christmas. The resolution is low but I just need them for numbers. I bought two and daisy chain them. They use the power from the thunderbolt.

My wife is studying for her doctorate and was complaining about the size of her screen on her apple laptop, I bought this thinking what the hell! Lets give it a try. She loves it and wont leave without it in her study bag.

This is a pretty good monitor for its price. I got it to use along with my sffpc while Im traveling, and I want to use my desktop instead of my laptop. The one gripe I have is the stand, but I just use a 10 dollar ipad stand instead and it works perfectly. This also works with the switch if you use the dock. I also thought the display might get warm, but thats not the case. Overall, I would recommend this monitor if you need something portable and is not too expensive.

EDIT 10/29/2022: Ive been in contact with customer support and theyre EXTREMELY prompt with replies! Its actually really impressive - weve determined the ports on the monitor are not functioning correctly so theyre sending a replacement unit. Will update this again after testing that out. ORIGINAL: I got this monitor for use with a CHUWI LarkBox X miniPC with a documented full-function USB-C port, but despite trying multiple cables including the provided one, I cannot get the monitor to recognize the input. Charges fine and the mini-HDMI works as a display input but it wouldve been nice to only need one cable. The colors arent great even when changing the brightness/contrast/RGB settings, but it looks fine enough with no major issues. Good monitor for the price, the stand works well enough, but its disappointing that some ports dont work as advertised.

This works well, thats about what I can say about it. It is not spectacular, it is not fantastic, it is not stupendous. It just overall works for a portable monitor. Ive seen plenty with more bells and whistles than this thing but they are also usually priced higher. The HDR is straight hot garbage so dont use it. But for average browsing and occasional gaming ... it definitely displays its qualities

Nice 1080P 17 display with Mini HDMI and USB-C video input. Power supply is also USB-C. Power can alternately be supplied from computer USB port. Power supply and USB-C to USB-C cable is included, USB-C to USB-C video cable, and HDMI standard to HDMI mini cable are included. Stereo speakers can be activated over HDMI or mini plug speaker cable (not included) but speakers are not especially loud. Nice folding cover that attaches magnetically to protect the screen and the back. Cover can be used as a stable easle stand for the screen even on uneven surfaces such as a bed or sofa. The cover does not automatically turn off the screen, but when the computer goes into sleep mode, the display automatically turns off and turns back on when the computer video signal is restored. Push button power switch also is used to select input (USB Type C1, Type C2, HDMI). Multi-function mode switch to select (by pushing in) and control volume, display (brightness, contrast, black level and sharpness), ECO (screen profiles - Standard, Game, Movie, RTS, FPS, Text), DCR (off, on), Aspect (4:3 or wide (16:9)), Color Temp (User RGB adjustable, Cool, Warm), Language (English, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Turkish, Italian, Netherlands), OSD Timer, Transparency, Blue Light level, HDR modes. I dont know what some of those screen profile appreviations mean. I found that the default display modes were acceptable, but if you want to change things, there are options. I am unable to test USB-C input since none of my computers have USB-C output and Google Pixel phone video is not supported (some Samsung, Huawei, Honor, Oppo, Razer, HTC, LG, and Asus phones are supported).
