> 3 dayUpdate: I ordered this but didn’t have the 2 cables needed to make it work. The company assisted in this and now it works great! If you have apple products you need a lightning to HDMI adapter (40 bucks) AND a MINI HDMI to HDMI cable (10 bucks) for this to work with an iPhone.

> 3 dayThis is a high quality monitor that simply turns on when the USB C is pugged into my Mac. In addition, the case is high quality and stands up well for working in any environment. I recommend this to anyone looking for a portable external monitor.

> 3 dayI’m not sure if it’s because of my MacBook M but I need the same link box with this portable monitor as for my home monitors. It would be better if I could plug it directly into my laptop and not need additional equipment. The screen quality it great. Additionally, I couldn’t get the sound to come through the monitor as it states. Ideally, to get four stars, it would need to be wireless for the cost.

> 3 dayI purchased this monitor to display videos from a Raspberry Pi in my sons booth at craft fairs. It works beautifully! Easily portable, and plenty bright. As this monitor is Mini-HDMI and the Pi is Micro-HDMI, I had to get a separate cable to connect the two. Both the Raspberry Pi and the monitor are powered off of a 20K mAh power bank which can power them for ~5 hours. When its not being used in a booth, my wife added it as a third monitor for her Windows Work from Home setup, using the included HDMI/Mini-HDMI cable. Ive also hooked it up to my MacBook Pro using the included USB-C cable.

> 3 dayI originally bought this to take with me whenever I dont work in the office or from home. This thing is amazing so far and the size of the screen is nice as well since my laptop monitor screen is a tad smaller. I also use this to play games on my switch if Im not doing so at home or via handheld.

> 3 dayI was having some issues at first of trying to get it to register what I wanted. The company reached out to help troubleshoot and was very responsive.

Greater than one weekUpdate 7/21/22: Still 5 stars. Working perfectly and durable. Carry it around in my pack with 2 PCs (work and personal). Packaging this comes in is so nice and durable that I hated to throw it out - but did, yesterday. The box almost seemed like I should use it for something but resisting my hoarding temptations, got rid of it. Someone mentioned it in a review as being fragile. I do not get that feeling but I suppose if you damaged it, then you might think that. But they still gave it 5-stars, anyway. The tech still seems like magic that video and power can both go in that usb-c cable (if you have a video capable USB-C port which you likely do not, if not having a newer and better computer but still great with the provided HDMI mini connector). ------ I took this out of the box and plugged it into my work PC with the USB-C to USB-C connector that came with the monitor. It came right to life perfectly. Thats it - connected with one cable and it was on. The settings to extend the monitor, duplicate the screen, etc. worked exactly like any second monitor and was super simple (these are settings on your computer - not the monitor). There is sound from a built in speaker which might work if you need sound in a pinch but ANY computer or phone speakers will be much better (my phone speakers blow this monitors speakers away). With my older but still pretty modern Acer notebook the USB-C is not apparently the newest and will only provide power and will not feed the video like my newer Dell work notebook. It still works well, however, by using the USB-C for power and the provided HDMI to mini-HDMI connector. So it just needed 2 cables instead of 1 and it worked perfectly (have it on right this second). It is amazing (to me, anyway) how well this works with just power from the USB-C cable. The quality of the display seems comparable to my desktop external monitor or any screen on a notebook computer. The cover/stand took me a minute to figure out but it is very simple. Just took a minute to see how they meant for it to work but then, super simple. I hope the screen is durable as I plan to carry it around in my backpack with my 2 PCs when I work outside the house.

> 3 dayI bought this 11/21. The picture quality is great and bright, but the speakers are so low you cant hear them unless there is absolutely no other sound in the room. The most awful speakers Ive ever heard. If I breathe heavy it drowns out the sound. After about 6 months the HDMI connection got loose. I could use it, but I had to jiggle it around to find the right spot. Well, now, Not even a year later (8/22),the connector stopped working completely. It feels like the solder joint broke off. And the monitor is sealed with apparently no way to open it, so its useless to me now. Its a shame, I really enjoyed using it, it has a great picture and is extremely light and portable. Update 8/25 Customer service saw my review and are sending me a new monitor! (the warranty was for a year) The rep was really helpful and nice. I just had to send in a video showing the defect to the monitor.

> 3 daythe monitor itself is fine but the only way i could make it work with a nintendo switch was to have the nintendo power adapter plugged into a wall. it doesn’t work with a high power battery pack (more than the 2.5A the manual suggested). the speakers aren’t very good, very tinny, but i’d expect that from a monitor. especially at this price wish it worked for me :(
